My experience with this company was good
My experience with this company was quite pleasant. I started to use Freedom 2 years ago, but wasn't an active user. But this year I decided to make some investment decisions.
I got Yevhenii Tryhubchenko as my manager and he helped me to make a portfolio according to my goals. We made some investments and at the moment I am really happy with them
In general Freedom app - Tradernet is quite easy to use and the stuff of Vilnius office was really friendly when they helped me to manage my account.
I hope in the future my experience will be as good, so right now I can definitely recommend this company.

High fees and unjustified delays in executing withdrawals.
ATTENTION Freedom24: it may take up to 3 working days before a withdrawal is executed. In addition, a flat fee of 6.40 euros is charged for every single withdrawal, even the smallest one.
As a broker they do not fall under the EU law for the banking sector.
The funds guarantee is limited to 20.000 €.
Since four days, I strive to make a transfer of an important amount but the transfer is delayed under various reasons with no evidence provided.
Also, it seems that they do not accept transfers to crypto friendly banks.
Poor GUI and website user experience with limited functionality. It is a real headache.
The promotion on interest rates, may be seen as misleading.

Bureacracy from Hell: can't trade, can't withdraw funds
I have been a 'customer' of Freedom24 for months now and to this day I am unable to trade or withdraw my money. Freedom24 is in fact holding me hostage.
I am asked to submit (previously submitted) information with lists of the equivalent of 16 A4 pages, having to find out what needs to be filled in and what not. And then there is no response! This is like running a marathon on broken glass!
A complaint with customer service has not generated a response, not even an acknowledgement of a receipt.
I have been writing and writing, pleading and pleading. Do yourself a favor. Stay the away from this firm. I'm submitting a coimplaint with the Dutch authorities.

Our commercial daily drive is off course prioritising anything for you as highly valued customer to foster healthy mutual beneficial trading relations. It pains us to see that this persistent gearing together with you and other stakeholders in the process has not come to the desired outcome. It was surely prioritised continuously.
Nonetheless we have taken this to heart, as always, and refuse to stand still in optimising also regulatory repapering processes. Whatever issue you run into, you can count on our utmost support as commercial organisation. Success in the markets!

Overall is pretty easy to invest using freedom24. I do consider though their fees to be quite high for the average day to day investor (not professional ones). Investors like me by small quantities and might buy and sell even smaller quantities. By charging fix amounts the fees can be increased very quickly. That makes the app not very friendly to small investors while it does give perks to larger ones.
