Explained why my hearing aids were whistling n fixed that issue

Nervousness eased
I was pretty nervous going in, mostly because I’d been having a hard time admitting I might have a hearing problem. From the start, though, they treated me like a person, not just a number. Both the receptionist and Cindy (the Audiologist), who did the testing were really friendly and accommodating right from the get go, which helped me relax a lot.
I actually looked forward to the follow up appointments.
