The service was Excellant. The process was explained throughly and what exactly would be done. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

Good custom service

Mrs. Tereca Williams-Storr was extremely polite and courteous. She explained my credit report & the steps needed to rectify the situation. She was very knowledgeable about the process and how it works. She further promised to work with me & be available for any questions I might have. A very compassionate & understanding person providing the "personal touch" to an ugly situation; an old-fashioned characteristic missing in customer care today. She is a "God send" whose parents raised her right! Positive thinking and moving forward. I like her!

Easy to follow. Friendly service.

They advertise that they have bill reporting to help credit, but they do not. They advertise there are discounts on travel and events- they are the exact same price the companies (like sea world, disney world, car rentals) offer on their website. The life insurance is not included, as advertised. They do not allow a trial for you to cancel with a refund. The only legitimate service (allegedly) you get for the up front and monthly payment is dispute letters sent (which you can do yourself free or use a more affordable- longer established company). When denied a refund due to no bill reporting, as advertised, I had no choice but to leave this poor review.

My upline is very helpful, with explaning the details of the company and what its all about. very concern about his peoples. the zoom training was also good.
