we often buy the 500g brown rice pasta for the considerable price of €6.70. We recently ordered the same product to find they have changed the packaging in order to reduce the quantity to 400g but keep the same price. Is €6.70 not already quite steep for 500g??? just a bit depressing really

Dear Ian,

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your concerns and for your continued support of our brown rice pasta. We fully appreciate your disappointment regarding the recent change from 500g to 400g packaging. Please be assured that our recommended retail price has been adjusted accordingly to reflect the new product size. However, individual retailers set their own prices, and we have no control over how these are applied at the point of sale.

We sincerely regret any frustration this may have caused and remain committed to providing the highest quality products to our customers.

Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we thank you once again for bringing this matter to our attention.

Kind Regards
Freee Foods Team

I.B.S and gluten free sufferer

Having suddenly found out that I have I.B.S and have to go gluten free, your company were a God send.
To be able to eat bread and cook dishes that require flour, I'm now able to eat.
Excellent choice of products and quick delivery.

Dear James,

We're truly sorry to hear about your recent experience and understand how frustrating this must have been—especially as a loyal customer. Receiving fewer items than ordered, along with damaged ones, is not the level of service we strive to provide.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. We'd like to make this right. I have passed your order details to our orders team who will be in-touch to help.

Kind Regards,

Prompt delivery of lovely goods

Prompt delivery of lovely goods.
Needs an extra layer of packing as the items moved and one packet split, first time this has happened so not going to reduce satisfaction level.

The speed of delivery

The speed of delivery was quick and efficient. No problem with my order at all. I got a little confused and went to Doves Farm I think they should put a little note on that website to tell you to go to Doves Farm Freee if you need Gluten Free. Now I have new bread maker I a back to making my own.
