Dreadful company

They need to be upfront about the EPC rating & that you most likely will not qualify if your home is insulated, regardless of meeting all other criteria.
Staff need to speak to people in a polite manner & not use ageist & rude comments

You're right—EPC rating and insulation levels can affect eligibility, even if other criteria are met. We agree this needs to be clearer and are working on improving communication around it however please be aware qualifying criteria changes constantly.

Total Scam!

This company is the 3rd one I have tried to get solar panels from with no sucess.
No one has got back to me about an initial survey.
It's just a big scam to get government backed money for doing nothing!
Having seen your Trustpilot reviews, I will be giving your company a bad Trustpilot review too!

You should be ashamed of yourself conning people. Get a proper job!

Ok until ...

During process, this company wanted me to send bank statements, deeds to my house and private pension statement etc via email before they would come out to survey. That would be a no then!
