Won £1000 worth of points on the lotto…

Won £1000 worth of points on the lotto draw. But my winnings didn't ever appear and my emails remain unanswered. I know a few people who have won £100 here and there. But it appears anything more and you just get ignored. Do not trust this company one bit!

Still can't claim my winnings.

I went on the site yesterday to see if there had been any improvements, sadly it was the same, won cash by spinning the wheel and it still won't add it to my balance. To add insult to injury I had an email this morning saying that I'd won the top prize of £115.40 and I still can't claim it, it just says unavailable every time.

Complete waste of time

You log in every day to play free games where you can gain tickets for their daily draw, monthly jackpot draw and possibly cash. I have won some free tickets into the draws and a very small amount of cash, as in pennies. If you win in the daily draw you receive an email the following day and have to log in to your account to claim. Each time I have tried to do this I just get a message to say my winnings are unavailable, so I can never claim and also any cash I win on the spinning wheel game is never added to my account either. Their monthly million pound jackpot has been delayed over the previous two months also. I have emailed them but they never come back to you. If you won the million pound jackpot I doubt you'd ever see it anyway. Don't waste your time, avoid.

I’ve used this site for years and when…

I’ve used this site for years and when it went offline around July 2022, I was sad to see it disappear.
When it returned in April 2024 it was just as good as I remembered! I won £116 in April, cashed a £100 One4All voucher, £25 voucher in May and I’m close to another £50 so very happy with a free site 😊

Shocking company

Shocking company. Avoid they’ve had £189 of my money for years and never been able to cash out. An investigation and small claims court are now involved. Avoid this company at all costs

Need an answer

Trying this to see if I get a response (email and Facebook messages ignored). I see no option to use winnings/balance when purchasing a gift card. I have £50 I was hoping to use but when I add a gift card to the basket I am asked to pay the full amount of the card. I have tried £25 ones through to £100, and not once have I seen an option to use even a small part of that £50 balance. If I don't get an answer soon I'll just give up with it.
They now have my address and phone number due to trying to buy a gift card. I want to remove those details but can't see a way to do it. This is ridiculous.
