Extremely disappointing experience with Freekaamaal.

I made a hotel booking in October. Their support team initially confirmed that the booking was successfully tracked. Based on that, I submitted all required documents on time.

After months of follow-ups, they completely changed their statement, claimed it was not tracked, and denied my cashback. This is clearly a case of misleading users and poor internal coordination.

Now, the issue is still unresolved, and the support team has stopped responding. The earlier representative is no longer in the company, and no one is taking responsibility.

I have complete proof of tracking confirmation and all submitted documents. If this is not resolved soon, I will be forced to escalate this further through consumer forums and other public platforms.

Highly unreliable platform. Think twice before using.

Good product

FreeKaaMaal is a totally unreliable cashback app. I purchased a Tryout product in August and cashback was promised to confirm within 20 days. It’s now over 2 months and still pending. I contacted support many times but they never reply. They show big offers to attract users but don’t give cashback after purchase. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Don’t trust this app or you will get cheated like me.

One of the worst cashback site. They declined my hostermada cashback, they didn't informed me when declined, I did it based on the trust of rohit sir, I tried to contact them daily, after 27 days they are saying they can't do anything, it's a huge money and they are not worthy for trusting.

Now they are claiming I deployed fake website even though I didn't. My website is still active and not dummy.

A MUST READ REVIEW

Initially, FKM provided excellent customer support, timely cashback confirmations, and great deals. However, recent experiences highlight serious issues:

1. Onboarding fraud stores on FKM platforms (like styched and befikray). These store accept orders and then neither deliver the product, nor refund money, after some point they don't even respond to your call/email. Many users who bought from this store are still waiting for their money (from May 2024). Various other brands especially in clothing segment did the same on FKM. THIS SHOWS FKM'S LACK OF QUALITY CHECK OF PARTNERED BRANDS.

2. I made a purchase at Flipkart, for which my cashback was 200+ rs, it was cancelled stating I cancelled/returned the order. Despite providing all the required proof of delivery, cashback wasn't credited. In fact, they show the Flipkart order with a altogether different order id in cashback tracking page. But later on when in another Flipkart cashback of about 26 rs, I contacted regarding different order id, they said its different because its not meant to be same as the one on Flipkart and this time cashback credited. I AM NOT SURE WHETHER FLIPKART OR FKM WAS AT FAULT, but beware of FLIPKART/AMAZON/MYNTRA here.

3. Recently they sent me a deal email stating "free product" (implying 100% cashback), but later credited 19 rs less cashback, claiming it to be a 19 cost deal, nothing like this was mentioned in mail. The issue is not 19 rs, but TRUST.

4. Confirmation delays: Cashback confirmation cycle is already very lengthy (around 3 month), on top of that they start it from next month of purchase and not from date of purchase. And even deals mentioning say 45 days confirmation, are not done on time. For instance, my purchase of 45 day confirmation in September month should have confirmed by 15 November, but its date is continuously being extended and is currently 29th December (it may extend again for all I know).

5. This one is really outstanding. So a product was showing 80% cashback on FKM website, and i placed an order, to my surprise only 75% cashback was tracked. On contacting FKM they said it was a 75% offer only. They asked me screenshot of the offer, the offer was long gone and I didn't took any screenshot because I had no idea I will have to prove that I saw 80% offer. FKM DID NOTHING

6. Another HALFWAY FRAUD product: A product on amazon "Veda Harvest Kumkumadi Oil/Kumkumadi Tailam" was on 100% cashback on condition of posting a review. Nothing bad here, I ordered the product, its delivered and its non-returnable, after a few day I go on to write review but I find that Amazon has stopped reviews of the product due to suspicious activity, I informed FKM of it doing they will contact the seller for resolution and some terms change, but instead they asked me to contact amazon, I did that but It wasn't helpful, nothing surprising. I explained this to FKM support but again nothing, they said " WITHOUT REVIEW YOU WILL GET 50% CASHBACK ". Now I bought this product only because it was 100% free, but now its 50% paid, I can't return it, and this when nothing is under my control or my fault. REVIEW CONDITION IS IMPOSSIBLE AND A FRAUD TRICK.

7. A did a review of another Veda harvest product and gave a 2star rating because i felt the product was mislabelled and cheating with customers. But FKM team called me, implying to update the review since the product worked. Just because a product work, we should give them a good rating, even when their claims and labelling is false is highly unethical and misleading on part of reviewer. I had to update the review in fear my cashback may be declined, but decided never to buy such review based products again.

8. They just added a new star to their brand: FRAUD PAID REVIEWS. Now they are openly offering 70rs for writing review of product, but you get an EMPTY BOX. Yes, its happening. Brand ZADASTAR and seller ZADASTAR (Iykot Hitech Toolroom Ltd.).

Positive Aspects:
Despite the issues, FKM is still one of the good platform for cashback, albeit with delays and reduced reliability.

Suggestions:
Verify brand credibility and social media presence before purchasing.
Use credit cards for purchases to ensure refund options in case of fraud.
Avoid purchases motivated solely by cashback.
Record all interactions with FKM for evidence in disputes.
Check review conditions before purchasing review-based cashback products.
Limit overall purchases through FKM to minimize potential losses.

I hope FKM will address these issues and regain its former reliability.

I have withdrawal 9000 rs one month ago but I didn't get in my account, I have mail several times and chat many times but no any response ,I am gold category member, but the way you are behaving with me it really hurt me i am using this app since 2018

Fake, all they promise a cash back, but when date arrive for confirmation, they extend the dates, after asking to them, they will ask you so many questions and finally no cash back.

Freekamaal is much better than other cashback providing website like cashkaro and all. Cashback rates and customer support is much impressive and after new update i like the new UI but it has some bug if is solved the ui will be more smooth.

I have good exp in terms of cashback. the site is trustworthy.
I have faced only delay in cashback confirmation and withdrawal process. that too depends on the day you apply but that's my exp.
So overall best cashback platform just delay can be improved.
