I use The Freemake 6.

I use The Freemake 6.. A payed licence to have much pleasure downloading Youtube Video tutorials,and converting musicc mp3 from the youtube video website.. The Service is awesome...As i got an issue with an error with the program..They helped me out by email correspondence,and i have given screenshots of the error.. They fixed it eventually,and have send me a new download program to update.. Everything works perfectly.. i recommend buying a licence to use this great program to use at home. 5 stars for this awesome Freemake team.. I will stay payed member for many years to come.. Thank you.

I purchased the FREEMAKE DOWNLOADER…

I purchased the FREEMAKE DOWNLOADER about 2 months ago. Worked perfectly. Then about 10 days ago it stopped working. I get this message about there was an error downloading and they are working 24 hours a day to correct it. Sent 2 requests for assistance and never even had the courtesy of a reply. So I guess in the world of FREEMAKE lifetime means as long as it works.
So beware. The worst thing you can do is give someone your money based on a promise. Once the money is gone, so are they.

I am very disappointed

Stay away from this Software/Company!

25.11.25: I bought the Freemake Mega Pack and paid 50 bucks.
02.03.26: The Mega Pack upgrades from V5 to V6 due to technical reasons and my license key is not valid for V6.

I'm very happy with the byclickdownloader which works even better and is also cheaper!

paid for lifetime key

I paid for lifetime key, Nov. 2025. Freemake worked sometime, always updating. Now says version outdated and wants more money for 2026 version. What a scam.

Freemake has sent a reply saying it's a technical issue, and to contact them to fix, then update my review to something nice. I'm sure they will fix, but only after a bad review? I've checked other reviews and I'm not only one complaining. My Freemake version is still trying to scam another $29 from me for the updated 2026 version. Now this is what you need to do. Fix everyone's problem of not updating and not charge extra $29. Not just the people who give negative reviews. Once my version is updated and working, and you do this without knowing who I am. Then I will say something nice. This means you need to fix for everyone!

Even if you buy it at a discount, you will be charged again later. You can't download 4K videos either. It's a scam.
