Freenet ignoreg my request(s) to cancel…

Freenet ignoreg my request(s) to cancel the contract and now I am paying fees for 3 years for NOTHING and when I tried to stop the payment they are threatening me with a lawsuit!

UPDATE: My wife is in connection with Freenet.tv, it turns out that I am finally able to explain the problem, the penalty is in hold an we will see the result. I wrote the review being frustrated. If we are able to resolve the issue, I will update the whole message here.
