The customer service is awful and very very rude. Supercilious and uncaring tech and sales help. They haven't followed the instructions not to cease our line and now it is lost. we cannot get any internet. They have double charged us for two lines for several months. It's such a shame, we have been with them for 15 years and they used to be great.
