Please avoid this company at all costs. I was fraudulently signed up to a new contract by them, after they phoned me claiming to be from three mobile which I was signed up to. They claimed that my service was due to end and that I would be left with no phone which is my lifeline. They are operating illegally, and getting away with it. Don't even get into conversation with the call centres working for them.

Worst part for me is that they have no idea how to answer a phone properly, no questions in regards to data protection.
I have received nothing from there via email to sign a contract- don’t feel secure and want to leave, they say i am

To look into this and still waiting for a call back. As I will not be paying until my sim only is up.
And will go else where
It’s absolutely shocking will not be paying them anymore money!!

I wish I could give zero stars. I was a little disappointed with O2 performance, so when Clearvision Communications contacted me I thought “they cannot be worse than O2” how wrong I was!

They screwed up just about everything , even loosing my legacy rights to data use in Europe. They have cost me a fortune . When I ask to move back to O2 they hang up the telephone.

Customer service does not exist, the sooner they go out of business the better off mobile phone customers will be going forward

Be careful they told me they were from 3 even sent 3 correspondence so I thought they were from 3 !
3 contacted me about leaving luckily so they have stopped the process

Worst provider didn’t even ask for the contract , there system is outdated and ask for personal payment details such as 3 digit security number over the phone clearly breaching security protocols

Clearly a scam hounding me with calls to upgrade my three contract. Do not answer the phone when called. Just called me to say my sim wasn’t being able to be delivered and said there was a cost to break it whilst waiting to see what that was they hung up.

Clearvision communications are their other name recently.
They said they will transfer me to o2 with a better offer. They did not! Now, i am end with no contract with three mobile or o2!! O2 does not have my details, at the same time my three mobile line closed. Awful company.

Worst company I have ever dealt with total scammers. Pretty obvious when every review is saying “Adam helped me”.

Not covered by o2 they don’t know who clearvision are. Really surprised they haven’t been raided and shut down. Do not use them

Pressure call quoting prices and the o2 link. Decided wasnt interested and was told call being recorded ( data protection act says caller must advise calls recorded) so deal done! No mention of 14 day cooling off period. Call 6 days later to confirm cancellation znd lady proceeded to try and sell me the thing again!! What ever i said was answer with "1 other thing". Eventually took hint. Call the Brimingham office and was politely told not a problem it is showing cancelled. Email 2days later welcoming me to this outfit. Called customer services and it rang once and cut off. Rang Birmingham office and advised not in till 10. Email says 9to 5. Told staffing issues. Spoke to o2 renewed contract for less tha paying now and less this this outfit. Have had more grief in 8 days that 15yearswith o2. No i would not reccommend this company. They need to communicate and employ better staff that are awareof the rights around telesales.

Absolute con artists. My mother stupidly signed up to a sim only deal, she has since been constantly ripped off! Paying more than I pay for my contract with a handset. Emailed them a month ago asking for exact date the contract ends & heard nothing back. Called them today & all they kept doing was trying to upsell so that they get more money! Shocking behaviour! If someone is calling up & saying they’ve had horrendous service don’t try upsell them! Also the reception is temperamental & often cuts off mid-conversation! Don’t be fooled by this company, the price will not be what they offer you!

They are scammers pretending to be from O2. ClearVision agreement did not comply with consumer protection legislation, did not return calls and emails, costumer services is rubbish. When you make a complaint, they hang up on you. Every month extra costs and they never send you a statement of the extra costs. If you travel aboard you spend your cap and when you get back you don’t have Internet connection. They are completely liars and abuse costumers. I don’t know where are the authorities to stop this type of companies.

Disgusting attitude from staff when I asked them to remove my details from their system. And pretending to be 02!

This SCAM company told me they were O2 and that I needed to renew my phone contract (4 phones) as I was "out of contract". After realising I had been scammed I threatened to take them to court at which point they agreed to pay compensation for mis-selling, but I had to keep the contract. When the contract ended I tried to revert to O2 direct. O2 advised me to enter into a new contract and then port the numbers across. I have tried to do so but O2 have said they cannot port the numbers across because they now belong to Clear Vision. The whole experience has been an absolute nightare.

Scammers, they said that they called from 3 and they want to renew my contract. which they didn't. They lied about getting my information, and sent a sim to my address. my current sim was not active and can't get my number back. Im in trouble to get my number back.Report to Bank. Block any numbers beginning with 0333 443 90**. DO NOT give them any information!

Theresa J. helped me over the course of a two week period. We resolved the issue thanks to her diligence and attention to details and her persistence and daily communications with me and the tech team. It was the most proactive customer care I can remember in years.

Adam has been brilliant at helping me after another provider “lost” my number. I now have a better deal with Clearvision. It is a refreshing change to be able to speak to the same agent when I have a query. Thankyou so much, Celia.
