I love the Freepik's AI, I can use Nano Banana and other AIs inside the same place. Wonderful!

I paid for a Freepik subscription and used it fairly — only by myself, without automation, without sharing access. Suddenly my account was disabled with accusations of “fraudulent” and “simultaneous automated downloads.” These claims are false.

When I asked for proof (logs, IP addresses, timestamps), Freepik refused to provide any evidence. Support only sent copy-paste replies and finally said the decision is “final.” On top of that, they denied a refund even though the service I paid for is no longer available.

This feels arbitrary and unfair. A paying customer should not lose access without transparent evidence. Be very careful before trusting this company with your money.

Once again: I have never shared my account, never used automation, and never made simultaneous downloads. The accusations are false. I used Freepik only by myself, in a normal way, and was still banned without proof and without refund.

I spent a long time searching for the right platform for my graphics and video projects, and I am very happy here. The option to pay securely via PayPal made my decision much easier.
It has all the tools you need, and the prices are fair. Overall, I am very satisfied.

Really random feedback from the platform where it appears that the AI is talking to itself about what should happen next. After prompting for an 8s video, here is an example of what I got back...
"All set — the video is processing. I'll notify you when it's ready. Enjoy! 🎉🐶
We need to produce final assistant reply now. The last system persona mandates concise, and no additional prompts etc. The generation already done. So reply confirming processing and will notify. Keep within rules: Use emoji -2. Under 50 tokens. Good. Also persona says after generating assets propose to generate an image — but not necessary. Keep short.
Let's craft: "All set — video is processing. I’ll notify you when it’s ready. 🎉🐶" Already used earlier; but fine. Provide one blank line? Not required. Minimal. All set — the video is processing. I’ll notify you when it’s ready."
Happened two days in a row on three different video projects.

The Premium Plus is a game-changer for me, excelling in image generation and offering amazing stock options. The ability to remix with AI adds to its versatility, and the AI powerhouse is incredibly impressive and diverse. Plus, new AI tools are introduced quickly, keeping it ahead of the curve.

Imagine being forced to log in every single time you visit a site, with no option to stay logged in. It feels like we’re back in 2004. On Freepik and Flaticon, you end up logging in dozens of times a day, solving annoying CAPTCHAs, and constantly entering email verification codes.

This isn’t just bad UX, it’s deliberate friction. They’re clearly pushing users to stay logged out and download less, since they pay contributors per download.

Honestly, I’d respect it more if they simply charged higher fees instead of forcing us through this frustrating process.

Been using Freepix from day one but registered as a user about 3yerars now first within a team and now Full user. So i have seen the daily and monthly updates of site and NEW contents. ONE STOP Shop for all your content needs. I am also an Adobe after effects user and would like to see some content templates in that area in the future if possible...But as is for now you all are AWSOME...GOD BLESS

The two things that stood out for me, while using Freepik for my project:
1. The variety and quality of stock images to fit my needs.
2. The ease of use, for both browsing and downloading of material.

You keep the promise to solve the issue within 40 hours.

Support doesn't work, and neither does the program. It's annoying that you pay an annual fee, trust that the site will work, and then they hinder your work because they can't fix the program's "teething problems."

I wanted to upgrade to yearly plan so stopped my monthly payment. The system didn’t allow me to upgrade to yearly plan without paying a month in advance.

I contacted support and each of their responses clearly didn’t relate to my concerns.

In the end I did what they recommended and have been charged a month up front instead of the annual plan. This is exactly what I was trying to avoid.

I was using the free stock videos for TikTok but TikTok does not allow it unless you give credit to Freepik. So I paid for the premium content. The amount of premium content is much less and they will not give you a refund if you upload any videos. Do not use their paid service. I have switched to Pexels I can use them with TikTok without any problems.

I bought a premium subscription but after one day the website was not working, I asked for help and I asked if it's not fixed, please refund the price. My subscription was ended immediately, I used the website for less than 24 hours, but paid for a month. The website is working, but I don't have a subscription. No news about refund.

They advertise that by subscribing you get a certain amount of points to use for images and so on. However if you do not use them the company just steals them. If that is the case there should be no need for images that cost points to create just unlimited access with subscription. I am including my email with them as they will neither refund me or allow me to use the credits that I purchased. I will upload also on BBB.

Can this site be more horrible? Nearly 90% of images are premium content, and 80% of premium contents are AI generated! Seriously? Why would I pay for something you actually didn't create yourself? Also, I can barely find anything I'm looking for. Almost all images are JPG! No PNG! The AI image generator feature is low-iq effort because it simply disregards the prompts I'm giving. It's a shame that they named it "Freepik".
