We own 3 freerider products, two slings and a carrier and love each and every one of them! They give me the freedom to do things around the house with a fussy baby…I’ve also never seen slings in such lovely colours and patterns!

I’ve tried a few slings out over two babies and finally settled with these ones, I highly recommend!!

Bad product bad service

I received this garment which was very low quality so I returned it without delay (You have to pay for your own return shipping method)

The tracking shows that they received my parcel nearly 2 weeks ago and they are still not processing my refund!

I’ve asked why and they said it’s not been received even though I’ve given them evidence of tracking.

Keep getting the same generic response and no help.

As Labour approaches this is not the kind of service you want.

Bad experience from a baby brand

So easy to wrap and support your baby. I have never used a sling with my first and wish I had! Hands free and perfect if your baby doesn’t want to be put down and wants to be close to you. A must for any mamma.

I was not impressed with this sling , felt totally unsafe and you still have to hold babies head most of the time unless you have it done so tight that you feel your going to squash them.. it’s straight forward to put on once you’ve done it a few times , but still feels like a rigmarole to do , I ended up hating it . I just didn’t feel safe using it

Great woven wrap for a decent price. We’re using one secondhand from my sister but it still does the trick and they used it A LOT!

I bought the almond baby sling for my 7 month old daughter. After a few tries myself, I just couldn't work it out. I contacted Freerider's customer service and they were absolutely brilliant! By far the best customer service I have received. They contacted me with tips to try to get baby in the sling better and we also had a video call to support me with the fit and getting baby in. They were brilliant! I think it takes a few times using it to get the hang of it or you might just be better than me at putting it on! 😄 But once you've got it, it's great to use!

We purchased the sierra carrier (sabre noir) we had been keeping a eye on it for a while for it coming back in stock. Arrived when it said it would, looks exactly how it does online and fits great. We can’t wait to use it once our precious baby arrives :) Thanks Freerider Co.

I have been using my stretchy wrap sling from Freerider Co for less than 2 months and have followed all use instructions provided, and just generally have been careful given this is not a cheap sling! I noticed a hole starting to develop after I washed the sling for the third time. I reached out to their customer care and they asked me to return the sling for 'review', told me that their slings were in no way faulty and that it must be moth damage. There is nothing in my house with moth damage, I have stored the sling in the provided plastic package, and it hasn't ever been stored in a dark wardrobe where moths might be a possibility. The reviews on TrustPilot suggest there are frequent quality issues with slings and that customer care are not willing to genuinely engage with customers on these issues. Interestingly, I asked my sister in law how her sling held up and she said hers also developed holes. Given the premium price of these slings, the company really need to do better and drastically improve their customer service.

I placed an order on Friday 9th June 2023 for the grey leopard print sling and satin pouch. The order was processed extremely quickly and was delivered by Royal Mail on Monday 12th June. I had only paid for standard delivery as I was in no rush to get the sling.
I previously needed to contact their customer services team, my email was responded to within the hour and my issue was resolved only an hour later.
My items were packaged lovely. Cannot wait to start using them. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic sling for baby, super soft and comfortable, and breathable for the baby especially in very hot weather ❤️ Easy to use and my baby loves being carried around in it 🥰 Love this product and recommend it to all my mum-to-be friends!

I purchased a sling just over a month ago and was initially very pleased with the sling. My baby boy loved it (much more than a carrier) and it seemed to really settle him. However, after only a month of use I have noticed that the fabric has laddered quite badly. I have been VERY careful with the sling and followed all use and care instructions, and only used to carry my 10 week old baby in, so it is very disappointing. I contacted the Freerider Support and they have just said it’s my fault and won’t do anything about it. Agree with other reviews regarding completely unhelpful customer service that is actually very patronising, not to mention unprofessional. Personally I feel that if this has happened after just a month of usual wear (and I definitely haven’t noticed snagging it or anything!) then the fabric isn’t fit for use. They advertise this is suitable for 6-9months but if this has happened after just one how can that be? I will now have to buy another sling that is safe to carry my baby in, although this time I’ll be purchasing from an alternative company with longer lasting fabric and would suggest you do the same! Definitely not worth the price, sadly.

Absolutely love my Freerider carrier
The big waistband makes this carrier SO much comfier than other ones I've tried. The weight is distributed really well and I never get any back pain with it. It also looks fabulous and always get people asking where it's from. I've used the carrier so much and would say it's 100% worth the investment.

Freedom!!! This sling is perfect for morning chores around the house. It snuggles baby in close so she falls asleep in less that 10 minutes! It’s just perfect! I’ve just ordered another in a different colour… just so that we have one for every outfit! ❤️

I returned a sling which was not suitable for me as I simply found the added weight of my baby too much to carry. Following a w week wait (after I chased the status of the return) I finally received a response that the item couldn't be returned due to the condition I returned it in and therefore they confirmed I'd receive the item back without a refund of the sum paid. I've now waited a month and I have yet to receive the item nor receive an update as to when I'll receive it. Very frustrated with the lack of clear communication and updates.

I bought this sling when I was pregnant after reading the benefits of baby wearing and I am so glad I did. Whenever my son is overstimulated, or overtired, this sling regulates him and guarantees he has a nap

Lovely, soft wrap and comfortable to wear. I am a Doula and many of my clients like this wrap

Very poor quality bag, it was a lot of money but I thought of it as an investment piece that I would use for future babies too. However after very light use all of the zips broke and the vegan leather became very tatty. Not a nice or helpful reply from customer service. Would not buy from this company again.

Simply the best baby carriers on the market! After trying several big house hold brands we settled with Freerider, first their sling then the sierra carrier and their hands down the best baby carriers money can buy!

I ordered a sling and it arrived dirty. They sent a replacement which arrived dirty again. The third one was the charm, but it's a bad experience overall.

Customer Service was fast, but I would've expected them to at least refund my order so I'd have a free sling as an apology (but it didn't happen).
