I have given 2 stars because Jenson pre sale help was very good and the bike itself arrived quickly.
The after sales service though was terrible and I have several unresloved issues.
1. The bike comes with the brakes the wrong way round for the UK market. I have been quoted over £50.00 by my local bike shop to swap them round and re bleed them.
2. I ordered a wider seat as normal seats I have issues with. That did not arrive with the bike and is sent from China, so I cannot ride the bike until it does.
3. It takes 4 to 5 metres before the motor kicks in and being so heavy this will be impossible to start on a hill and dangerous at a crowded junction or lights. I did reach out on the chat to support to ask if this could be changed as the manual does seem to have some settings but no explanation as to what they do. Unfortunately the reply from support was "you just need to peddle it" No knowledgeable answer.
4. The videos linked to you tube show all riders using an app with the bike, There is no app, the screen and controls are different to the one with an app.
All in all not good sadly :(

I was contacted again by Jenson. he has helped me with all the issues and I am no happy with the bike. His knowledge is excellent and he has organized the brakes being sorted at Freesky's expense.

I had an issue with accessing the settings to change the miles to kilometers. I emailed the support and Chloe gave me the instructions to access and make the changes. No Google or YouTube was helpful in this matter oh and the password to your settings is 1313 ;)

I ordered the wrong version of the Wildcat and was hoping to make a substitution on my order to the ones I preferred. I emailed the service department and the response was rapid even with the huge time zone difference over a weekend. I spoke with Chloe in service via email.
She was amazing to deal with and understood my mistake and even though it was my error and not Freesky’s. She made it right and did not charge me anything to fix the problem I caused myself. I plan to buy more bikes from this company and would recommend them to anyone.

I have a freaky warrior with 2000w and it goes very fast. I ended up in a bad situation at full speed and took a huge jump landing so hard a cracked my lower back and the warriors frame is the only one that would have stood up to it. Not a single thing broken. The warranty is also 6 months longer than others, or my older Paselec m90 with only 1000w. The dual drive is like having a 4x4 vehicle in mid and snow, and the Samsung cell battery lasts just as long as my 1000w Paselec would have or longer. It also looks the part it’s sleek with the brown seat and minimal frame. I love that the battery is incorporated into the frame as well, and also the items like the brakes and light are oversized and rugged. I’ve only had a few minor issues which freaky took care of without complaint, and when I parcel went missing with parts, they stepped up and sent a new one out right away. It’s by FAR the best bang for your buck out there, as it is priced the same as competitors yet had the longer warranty, more rugged frame, paint, and parts. By far the best electric bike for looks and function out there! I’ve actually even begun to look into being a reseller that’s how good my experience has been.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Horlan. He was a great help and very informative… Couldn’t ask for better customer service and when I had a little issue with one of the bikes I purchased, because I purchased two, he immediately sent me out a replacement part no problem. When I first got my free sky Alaska bike I have some problems with it but Horlan was very helpful and resolving the problems that I had and he didn't stop until everything was resolved and I'm really thankful that you have such a wonderful person working for you that is so helpful. I’m updating my review after the company reached out and resolved the issue. There was confusion at first about the accessories bundle and the Black Friday price, and some of the initial responses I received were incorrect. After reviewing my case, the company apologized, clarified the mistake, and honored the Black Friday sale price. They also offered to send the premium accessory kit at no extra cost.
I wasn’t trying to get anything extra. I just wanted the sale price since my purchase was recent. I appreciate that they corrected the situation and took responsibility. Their follow-up was much better, and I’m satisfied with the final resolution.

I purchased the classic version of this bike less than two weeks before Black Friday. Shortly after it arrived, the bike went on sale. I reached out to the seller to ask if they honor price adjustments within a short timeframe.
Instead of a clear answer, the seller repeatedly insisted that I had purchased an “accessories bundle,” even though my Amazon order, the variation I selected, and the shipment I received clearly showed no accessories included. I provided screenshots proving this, yet I kept being told to “check the title suffix,” which had changed since my purchase.
The seller then claimed the accessories were “already delivered” and provided a tracking number for a package I never received. When I pointed out their own wording clearly stating “it was delivered,” they then told me they never said that. The responses were contradictory, confusing, and dismissive of the actual evidence from my order.
I was then told I was making “repeated demands” simply for asking for the sale price adjustment or at least a correct explanation of the accessories issue. Offering random accessories I never asked for did not resolve the core problem.
At this point, I chose to return the bike. The entire situation felt misleading and unnecessarily complicated. What could have been a simple, common customer service request turned into days of back-and-forth messages that never aligned with the facts shown in my order.
This review is not about the bike itself, but about misleading sales information, inconsistent communication, and an inability to acknowledge clear evidence. If you choose to purchase from this seller, FREESKY double-check the listing variations, pricing, and what is actually included. My experience was frustrating, and I would not purchase from this ever company again.

I was sceptical when I bought this bike. I purchased a Freesky Swifthorse. It was pretty much assembled upon arrival.
The battery lasts very good. 69 miles and still have 30% of battery life. The pedal assist is pretty awsome. Its Very good uphills, on the street and on dirt. The bike is heavy, its about 80lbs. But, Its a very stylish fat bike. I really enjoy it.

Ordered Freesky Swift Horse Pro X-6E Oct 14 and delivered Oct 17,2025 from Freesky-Ebike03. Assembled and checked all moving parts and lights. Found out that the rear right signal light not working. Contacted product support and help after a couple of hours by texting step by step troubleshooting.
Happy to solved the problem with the help of Vincy. As a Senior citizen,I can ride the ebike for 5hours comfortably. I recommend this product.

This bike is a lot of fun. I weigh 238lbs and it pulls me up a 800m hill with no effort at all. The battery lasts for the full ride even after the hills. I am not regretting the purchase at all.

I’m in my late 70s, and this bike lets me ride to places I never could before, especially with the hills that challenged me on my previous e-bikes. The range is phenomenal—I finish every ride with plenty of power to spare, and the range-anxiety I used to feel is completely gone. The fit and finish of the FreeSky exceeded my expectations, and with my years of cycling experience, I can confidently say this is a well-built machine.
