Ordered size 7 in women’s and in the color black. Bout a month later I got tan boots, size 9. They never responded to any emails or helped me get a refund. They also feel real cheap.

It’s a sham company run from China, bought a pair of boots and ordered the wrong size Four weeks later they finally acknowledged me. Had to send them at me expense at 22 bucks and still never got a refund of 42 bucks. A real shit company.
Their products are crap and also misrepresent point of origin.
DON'T BUY IT
I bought snow boots. Supposed to keep warm below freezing. They don't. They're great if there's no snow and the temperature is above 40*
Free Soldier uses a US address frontage to sell goods from China. Therefore if you are not happy with an item, the quality, wrong item sent etc etc, there is no refund or customer service... The Nevada phone number is a front and just goes to voice mail... the only option you have is customer service email, from which you get no reply.... Do not buy if your are concerned about after sales
Agreed with the other reviews. This company portrays itself as being a US-based company, but it's shipped directly from China. I bought some night vision goggles for my son for Christmas. Shipping was a nightmare and took forever to arrive. So I had to buy some elsewhere. I wasn't overly worried because the website said it takes returns. I asked for a return and was told the same as others, that their warehouse doesn't take returns right not but they'll give me 50% back and let me keep the item. I wasn't in the mood for a battle, so I did it. Glad I did not after seeing reviews because I probably couldn't have gotten anything more had I pushed harder.
Got a faulty pair of binoculars. Optics are so flawed you can only us one side Will not answer any form of contact.
I've contacted free soldier 3 times to return my pants that are to small and it's been a week and no response I don't understand, they say you can return your stuff as long as it's in new condition and within 30 days but if they take forever to get back to me that shouldn't be my fault, I'm now going to wait and contact my back for my money back
They try to portray themselves as an American company but they are based in China. They say you can return items but do not actually take returns. Reached out to return and got offered a discount. Said I didn't want a discount - they just ignored my emails from that point. Stuck with 2 pair of shorts my husband doesn't like or want.
I paid for the item (softshell snow pants), but never recieved a confirmation email or the product.
Received the boots 3 days after I ordered. Free shipping. I anticipated putting them on. We all have had bad shoe experience, however, Free Soldier makes a great boot. They are like tennis shoes the fit. I love them. Good job Free Soldier.
Product was delivered as promised. However, the product did not meet expectations (fit not tailored to European people). Returns were only possible at your own expense.

Return shipping costs are so high that it is not worthwhile.
Conclusion:
I would not buy products from this company again, because the risk of a bad purchase is very high and there will be no refunds.
