Quick and easy to get a quote for my old iPad. Clear instructions on how to wipe the iPad, package it and who to send it to. Very good communication via email for when the parcel was received, iPad checked and the funds were in my account less than 48 hours from me send it in the first place!

I was dubious but the service and speed of payment was excellent.

The company answered my questions by phone very promptly. When they received the electronic devices I was selling (the next working day after posting) they send an email that they were being assessed. Within a couple of hours there was another email to say that the money would be in my account by the evening - and it was. No fuss, no bother.

Everything went as was explained on their web page.

Easy to use website. Superbly quick and efficient in responding. Posted item one day and it was tested and agreed funds paid into my bank account next day. I would certainly use again and recommend it to others.

Sometimes you read reviews and have your doubts especially when so many of them are positive, however I took a leap of faith with these guys and oh boy they did deliver. Got paid the same day my ipad as received, just like it says on the tin, I highly recommend these guys!!!

The company were the most competitive when looking for someone to trade in my iPad with.
I could not believe how quickly the request and label/ envelope were sent out. As soon as the I pad had been received which was a day after posting, I received an e mail saying the iPad had been sent for testing and the money would deposited into my account as soon as this has been checked that all was within in the criteria set.
And sure enough by the afternoon I had the money credited to my account.
Well done to this company I have recommended them to other friends and would use this service again.
