To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. Free The Flat helps leaseholders take back control of their building. If you have ever felt powerless over rising service charges or a managing agent who treats you as the problem, we are built for you. We make Right to Manage simple. The law already gives leaseholders in most blocks the right to take over management from their freeholder's agent, but the process has always been daunting. We change that. Our platform prepares your notices, tracks neighbour participation and statutory deadlines, and includes postage, so you can send everything in one click. You stay in charge; we do the heavy lifting behind the scenes. Once you are running your own block, our tools help you manage it well: planning maintenance, hunting competitive quotes for works, budgeting, and keeping every cost in one transparent place. The aim is straightforward. Take control. Run the block. Save thousands. We believe leaseholders deserve transparency over every cost and a real say in how their home is run, the way residents in many other countries already do. No jargon, no inflated fees, no being sent a bill for raising a concern. Your building, run by you. Get started for free today.
