This business is a scam, they upcharge like crazy, have terrible support and clearly have no idea what they are doing. Just work with the shippers yourself.

Our experience with FreightClub has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.

This summer, we hired FreightClub to arrange shipping with ABF for a gun safe. The quoted price was $1,252.16, which we paid upfront. After the freight was picked up, we were informed within 48 hours that FreightClub had severely misquoted the job and wanted to charge us an additional $4,891.77 to proceed. Left with no choice, we opted for the refund option, and the freight was returned to our warehouse.

However, the returned freight was damaged, forcing us to arrange alternate shipping to our customer and refund them $250 for the damages. FreightClub accepted our claim for the $250 damage reimbursement, but to this day, they have failed to pay. Additionally, we are still waiting for the original $1,252.16 refund they promised back in August.

Despite numerous follow-ups, all we’ve received are delays, excuses, and, recently, complete radio silence. Their lack of accountability and professionalism has caused financial strain and wasted countless hours of our time.

We cannot recommend FreightClub and strongly advise others to look elsewhere for freight brokerage services.

Dealing with Freight Club has been a nightmare! It took a full month for my order to be delivered and then they messed up the delivery date! I contacted them multiple times to tell them how critical the date was but their standard reply was "we'll put a request in and hope it an be accommodated". In the end it was not accommodated and in fact, was later than the original date promised. Their communications is horrible.

We've worked with Freight Club for nearly 6 years. Rates are very competitive, customer service is always helpful and if you're a business you'll have a direct contact within FC in case issues arise that need to be escalated.
