This is my second delivery by Freight today.
On both occasions, they informed me when my delivery would arrive and provided me with a link to see how far my order had progressed.
Each delivery arrived as planned the drivers were courteous, cheerful, and helpful, handling my shutters very carefully.
I think that both drivers did an exceptional job driving from Tamworth down to Bournemouth and still having time to check the packaging and asking was anything else they could help me with.

Received email to say shutters would be delivered today. i then received a phone call from the driver to say he would be with us in about 30 minutes. Exactly as he said, driver arrived and was very polite and p!easant. Very good service for delivery thank you.

Really nice guy and helpful with carrying all six boxes into the house. He was also knowledgeable on the shutters he was delivering and showed me how to identify which boxes made a set.

Amazing delivery of shutters today - 270kgs worth, 27 boxes - your driver was amazing, saw how badly I could carry and took 15 boxes upstairs and 12 boxes to the garage - thank you so so much.
Wouldn't even take a drink or an ice-lolly - so friendly and helpful

Excellent service, responsive and reliable. Dealt with Jennie from customer service and the experience was easy and smooth. Rescheduled delivery twice to suit my needs, updated contact details and received precise ETA of the driver, all done within minutes of emailing them. Driver Aaron was exactly on time and kindly helped me carrying the parcels. Everything just works, and what a relief that is nowadays!
