my suit never arrived and im unable to get hold of the for a refund or to find out what is going on

I ordered a suit, which is too small. I tried to email to request a refund, and the email message stated the email address does not exist!! I tried the chat and an automated message replied that i can't return the item! Only if it was lost or damaged. I have requested a refund and have not heard from these people. So now i am stuck with a suit that i cannot wear! And it was quite expensive too! I have never come across this before! What happened to customer service and trying to help the customer! Whatever you do, DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! You will regret it!!!!

Made an order and it never came, the store never replied to any of my emails and later deactivated the contact email address when I asked for a refund or for them to resend the items. Do not shop here.

I am delighted to write the first review about this online store. I don’t normally write reviews but the dreadful service from start to finish has compelled me to stop other people from making the same mistake. I ordered a men’s L coat on 17 December 2021 which finally arrived on 17 January 2022. It was way too small and Frenchie Lux Store would not consider a refund, only an exchange. They do state this in their terms and conditions however it is contrary to consumer law for online purchases (check Martin Lewis’ Money Saving Expert website for details) as you have 14 days to request a refund as you were not able to check the product in person before buying it. That is the first reason to avoid them. I had a very protracted few days working out what size to get the exchange they offered as they were very negative and said no to all of my suggestions to help me be confident about which size to order. Their size guide says each measurement can vary by up to 4cm so what is the point?!!! Second reason to avoid them. I asked what would happen if the replacement was too small and they said they would not replace again. So I would be stuck with an item which is too small. I asked if I could order a couple of different items of which the value would actually be higher and they turned down the opportunity for a higher sale because they couldn’t change their ordering systems! This is clearly a very narrow-minded, inexperienced business, not agile at all and completely disinterested in good customer service. They have obviously never heard of the expression ‘the customer is always right’. The second coat which arrived (on 8 March - nearly three months from the initial order date!) is not exactly generous being a 2XL so I’m not very happy. They won’t care though. So PLEASE please do yourself a favour and do not waste your money, you WILL regret it.
