It was easy to order, and I was kept updated throughout the process. The item arrived exactly when promised. It is sturdy and I look forward to using it.

I ordered a metal knife sharpener that was demonstrated in a video. It had a sliding fixture on it that held the blade at a set angle for sharpening.
What ARRIVED, was a 3-D printed plastic REPLICA of the device demonstrated in the video. The sharpening strip was SO COARSE that it actually damaged my knife blade. I'm STILL going back and forth with them and they aren't being cooperative at all.
Offering me 2.00, then 4.00 , then 7.00, . They committed FRAUD... A FULL REFUND is the only way to fix this.

I accidentally ordered something I meant to remove from my cart. I emailed them immediately and they refuse to cancel. They keep sending me long winded emails insisting I will love what I ordered and that it was already on its way. I emailed them literally within seconds of the order requesting a cancellation and the site claims to allow for cancellation. This is a shady site - do not trust it.

Arrived after about three weeks with packaging that offered decent protection, could be improved slightly for safer shipping. Product design is quite impressive and quality feels solid overall, matching expectations, especially considering the affordable price. If delivery times could be shorter, itd noticeably enhance satisfaction; otherwise happy with this purchase.

Decent build quality and visually appealing design; would prefer clearer instructions and sturdier packaging for safer shipping and better durability.

Ordered a product & noticed straight away charges on credit card were more then double.
Upon querying & cancelling within an hour their reply was the conversion rate from NZ$ to US$. They apologised & said unfortunately the website only lets them show a $ symbol & not allow them to put the country abbreviation in front of the $. Also can’t cancel the order as has already been shipped. Yeah right, liars & scammers. Yes I did receive the goods but no where near worth double the amount. In fact Temu has exactly the same deal for a quarter of the NZ$ amount. Ahh well my bad but just goes to show the bassdids out there ripping you of your hard earned cash.

I have been trying to talk to someone at this so called company and can’t find a number if anyone have a number please share, I have been doing this since August and no response helpppppp

I regret it that I order the pink ones that I never got order it in May still not here then get parcel update with 4 different tracking number when I got a hold of the post man and we realized I have a tracking number from someone else u can't call no customer service no luck that it's in China wrote them email then I got again a different tracking number it wasn't mine it was again someone package scam scam scam still haven't got them and its july 18...

SCAM!!!!!!! I ordered a SWIM SUIT and tried to cancel it. The order was only 33.37, however they charged my card 40.76. I tried to cancel, but kept getting the same message until I eventually received email that the customer service email was no good. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM FRESHEIGHT OR THEHAPPYMIND, THEY ARE BOTH A SCAM.

I had to shut down my card. They've even got smart with doing a verification of your card.

I purchased they sent a tracker that stopped and it took over 2 months. Contacted and said the post office returned they lost money and requested if I wanted another to help out on shipping and a little more on their loss of product.

Waited long enough! The item ordered disappeared off the tracking notifications! Unable to contact anyone to ask why? Tracking number now comes up as a phone number. Definitely a scam!

A scam company - they take your money and hide

***AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!***The worst company I have ever dealt with!!! I have been Waiting for 3 months now and no arrival, they were Xmas gifts and it’s now January 🤦🏼‍♀️ their customer service team is worse than the pain of a wisdom tooth, you would get a better response by talking to a wall!!!

I ordered two planes for Christmas for my grandchildren. More than two months later still waiting. Has disappeared of the tracking app. Don’t waste your money.

I ordered Reasons Why You Are My Friend from Frequentlyk and was most pleased. I could track my gift item and knew the routing and expectation date of receipt. The gift was of great quality and exactly as described. My friend loves it. I would definitely be ordering from Frequentlyk again.

i have made an order, and since it was an error i asked 10 min after to cancel and beeing refund.
none answered, just a stupid bot saying the same thing.
they they answered the day before saying the oerder was already shipped! how is possible!!!
they charged to me tax, 2 shipping cost for 2 objesct, insureance, i have paid the double of what it was suggested, then i undesrtood i didnt trust them and just want to cancel, but they didnt, and none ansewred. this is a nightmarer, i will never stop to claim it!
