Terrible customer service the worst I’ve ever had !!!! Really unprofessional
I wouldn’t even give this company a 1 star rating !
It seems like there is a bunch of cowboys running this company who are only interested in Celebrity endorsements and not actual real customers!
From the start they took weeks to reply back to me so I ended up having to contact their Instagram page
I thought everything was fine we arranged for fresh kicks to collect my shoes they gave me a times slot then when the time came they didn’t show up or let me know they was running late I waited an hour after my time slot then I contacted fresh kicks asking where they was as I needed to catch a train only then fresh kicks told me they was running late and gave me another time slot then fresh kicks didn’t show up to the second time slot and at this point I was gonna be late for my train I waited 2 hours after the original time for them and they didn’t show up I of course contacted fresh kicks they was rude to me basically was blaming me and giving me rubbish excuses
and what’s worse they didn’t even offer me a new collection date they just apologise and ignored my messages it was really unprofessional..
I would avoid this company if you need your Christian louboutin Fixing I would suggest taking them to Harrods Iv had no problems with Harrods only used fresh kicks because I was recommended to never again!
