This website looks full of scam because after been verified and complete all wagering requirements they suddenly stop my withdrawals saying that they need additional checks. I totally understand that sometimes betting websites need additional reviews however the timeframe they are saying is 31 days. I just happy that I didn't deposit a big amount but the situation is becoming full of harassing a customer.

Very weird experience. Eth deposits normally take 20m to show. I deposit today and nothing for 4 hours... customer service said its some issue and instead of crediting it to my account I now am apparently getting a refund. You'd think they would just credit it,

I deposited 2000rs on Fresh on promotion 50% cashback in astropay wallet. They both illegal scammers not giving me cashback of 50% deposit amount its more than 10 days not a single response given to me.
Astro pay keeps declining giving cashback but on other side fresh casino keeps waiting me to wait from their (astropay) response.
How is this even possible a normal oerson can get response within 2hrs from astropay and company(fresh casino) which are partenering it didnt get a single response from them. Idont beleive in it. I got Scammed now i know.

I had made 18000₹ and I verified my account but the next day they blocked my account saying that i knew the outcome of the game. How the hell can someone know the outcome of roulette?

Deposited twice and I have made only 20 bets on fresh.casino. No bonus taken. Won little amount of money and asked for a withdraw on 24th of November. They refused to pay telling me that according to their rules they can keep my money for 1 month to verify my activity and they will not disclose any "findings" with me. My activity can be reviewed in 10 minutes. They were all live bets. So literally they are saying that they can keep anyone's money with no explanation. One month almost gone and they are not even responding to my emails anymore. Please stay away from these cheaters...
