Fresh, tasty and easy!
I have loved the ease of using Fresh Fitness Foods. The fact that it is all delivered daily is fantastic and the range of options are really tasty. I used to struggle with meal prep and ensuring I was hitting my nutritional targets alongside my gym work but this has been a gamechanger. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

I've been a fresh fitness food customer since 2016/17/18 and have seen the company transform, but one thing that has not changed is the quality of food, It is extremely delicious! I took a number of years off before coming back to FFF in 2023 and I'm glad I have started using them again because it has been transformational in helping me keep my weight under control and all the while preserving muscle. The meal variety is fantastic and the handful of meals that I didn't enjoy they removed from my meal plan, both my partner and I use FFF and have both just placed orders that will last us for another year's worth of food! I have raved about it to many of my friends who are also hooked now. If I could give any feedback to the team it would be... bring back the old style cooler bags, they were such high quality, or at least sell them as an extra because the bags they give now are not even close to the quality they used to be, people were probably stealing them and thats why they made the change is my guess, but making the nicer bags available for purchase would be another revenue stream and they are so much more effective at keeping the food cool. Thanks FFF team, here's to nearly a decade.

Then food is fantastic and made fresh, and the service is top notch. Personalization options are many and the clear focus on macro content is helpful for anyone counting macros. If I had only one suggestion is to print the macros again on the labels!

Selects Review
I have recently tried the 'Selects' option, which is brilliant. Finally I can order in some meals to have in the fridge for the week without having to commit to the whole day plan. You can choose what you want, I chose dinner type meals so I know I will always have something if I need to grab a lunch or dinner. SO handy.

Sustainability is very important to us so you will be pleased to know that our food containers are biodegradable and recyclable. The containers are made from 90% bagasse biodegradable material and lined with a plastic film that keeps the food fresh. After use, the lining can be peeled out. You can dispose of the container itself in the food waste bin, and the inside lining and top seal cover can be rinsed and put in the recycling bin.

An easy option
Have used FFF for the last 3 years on and off.
Pros
- easy to navigate website
- great selection of various plans both in terms of food choice and pricing
- the new selects option was long overdue. Food has been great so far.
- good customer support especially now it is on what’s up
Cons
- sometimes the system of meal cancelling or address changing feels quite inflexible requiring quite a bit of notice but I guess it has to be given they are cooking fresh food daily.
- wish there was a salad option
- need better (more obvious) allergy notification both when ordering and on meals themselves. Got Katsu delivered that had peanuts which are not a regular ingredient in this dish!
Overall FFF is just an easy option to get cooked meal which is healthy and cost effective and tasty.

Healthy and fresh food
The food is tasty and feels very healthy. It's a real treat not to have to worry about cooking mid-week but still knowing you are eating freshly cooked and healthy food. I would say the tech side of things could do with some improvement...you need to be very organised well in advance on what meals you want and what days you want orders...

Game changer
This service has really changed the game for me. I have ordered from a number of prep companies and by the end of the week the food just doesn’t stay fresh and isn’t enjoyable. My busy schedule allows little time for cooking so having fresh, tasty and healthy meals delivered everyday has been a God send. The variety is good and I look forward to my daily deliveries.

Healthy and Great Taste!
Taste is good! Especially considering that I am eating some vegetables that I wouldn't usually eat. I am Italian and a bit picky so I am using the Select option instead of the Macros option. This way I can choose each day what I want to eat. The options are great!

Worth a try!
Great food, great platform for ordering with the option of customising some macros (which isnt possible with other services). Delivery experience was nice, and the MyFitnessPal barcode for tracking is a nice touch.
