I had a weekly order set up with fresh food and on two occasions there was a mix up either lead to not receiving the box or having it delayed .The third time on the day of my delivery I was sent a email with other customers cc’d in letting me know the order was now cancelled and not going ahead with no explanation.

ordered a fruit and veg box, plus a chicken and some eggs for an elderly as a gift. They were delivered next day accurately. The receiver was very happy about it. Well worth it!

I did not receive my order #2348 yesterday. I placed the order on Tuesday at 13:32. I live in West London so I was expecting to receive the order Wednesday. I have not received the order until now.

Good fruit and vegetables. I recently tried their meet products - these are good too. The package is beautifully arranged and the boxes are clean. The best thing for me is the selection of herbs, which are fantastic and the quality and freshness beat anything you can find in a supermarket.

Like the shop, especially how little packaging there is in contrast to supermarkets. Would be nice if could add food on the website without having to click through and wait for the food item to load!

Lovely products, well packed, efficient delivery.

I have ordered fruit and veg from them a number of times and they always came super quickly and extremely fresh!

I would definitely recommend. The only issue I have with them is that their selection is quite limited, what whatever I have ordered was of exquisite quality.

Although the contents were quite good, I was not happy with the delivery. Having been in all day, the box was left with a neighbour. This, in a time of people isolating and shielding.

Finally some proper fruit and veggies, delivered to my home at a reasonable price. Nothing like the tasteless veggies from the supermarket. They also offer a limited selection of meat, grains and other products, not huge variety but all great quality. The website is easy to use and the customer service is excellent. 👍TOP!

It was my second time ordering and I'm pleased. The apples are crisp and fresh, and the mangoes are indeed, "ready to eat" and sweet. The only disappointment was some of the strawberries were soft and bruised. Will order again!

For the first time I had a very minor issue with a cracked yoghurt container. I let the company know, and even though I did not ask for anything, they responded quickly and offered a discount on my next purchase. Really nice company with good high quality selection.
