I am not sure how this franchise will compete with Chipotle. The taste was subpar, the chicken reminded me of Subway’s, which is not a good place to be. The portions are okay, but there is no comparison to the quality and taste of other chains. Again it’s not bad, just not sure why you would choose it unless there are no other options.

I place an order for salad at the freshii at Cumberland and Bay Street in Toronto. I had high hopes it would be good as per the name of the franchise. It was horrible. I got it home the lettuce was old and wilted there was far too much dressing on it I just I threw it away. Please beware freshii is just a name and in no way indicates the nature of their product
Terrible. One employee trying hard but smoothies terrible, thin and poor taste. So much wasted packaging.

Very disappointing when you place an order and what you receive is half a bowl. This isn't the first time where we have ordered and something is missing and the food looks like it was thrown in. Won't be ordering again from Freshii, enough is enough! Not worth the value of the bowls. Very disappointed.
First visit in 3 years with a disappointing experience ordering a Cobb salad. The romaine lettuce was wilted and discoloured while the bacon was mostly a frozen ball. This after the Labour Day long weekend. Fresh is not what came to mind.

The last two times I have ordered from Freshi were very dis-appointing. The last time I ordered the Cobb salad the bowl was barely 2/3 full and they just threw corn in.
(not cobs!). The time before, the quantity was even less than 2/3 of a bowl. What's going on with this company? When they first started it was filling and delicious.
I have not found a freshii in Milton, so I usually buy it when I visit downtown Toronto. I usually only buy when I want a nice healthy treat/meal for myself, as it can be quite expensive. My favourite part about Freshii is that they have multiple vegan options that taste amazing. The vibes are extremely friendly and welcoming as well which is always a plus.
