I feel it was designed to be user friendly for non techy online entrepreneurs yet has so many features you'll need to scale your business. Got all my issues resolved. Helped me with members import and gave 1:1 guidance on how to set up email templates and helped with Cloudflare issues.

I migrated to FreshLearn from teachable, and I have been so impressed with the very fast responsiveness on any questions that come up for me, from payments, to email setup, to technical issues. The platform is still growing and there are occasionally bugs that show up, but the team is very quick to resolve them and provide solutions. Rahul, Raghu and the other members of the support team are great and friendly to work with, and they genuinely want to make the experience as smooth as possible for users. I can definitely recommend this platform and I expect to see it only get better with time.

The Suport Staff are the Best! They are knowledgeable and helpfull. They are also kind and forgiving of us with less knowledge. I feel that Raghu and Tega are my friends. Nice feeling when confused about the technicalities of the Fresh Learn site. Gives me hope.

I've been using FreshLearn for about 18 months and couldn't be more pleased. I switched over from Teachable because their prices kept increasing. I admit I was a bit disappointed at first. In the early stages the FreshLearn platform was a little buggy and I missed some of the Teachable features, but FreshLearn is constantly updating and adding more functionality, and works beautifully now. They are also GREAT about customer service and are very receptive to suggestions for new features. I especially love that they don't charge transactions fees - just an annual fee.
