Fantastic! I just had my onboarding call and they answered all of my questions. I was told about the help videos section, direct chat box, and/or schedule a call feature for any additional questions. This is huge as it is undeniable this company will continue to offer support in the future. Thanks again!

Support is awesome, the platform is simple to use and has all the fetures of the more expensive platforms, very happy with FreshLearn.

I've just set up my FreshLearn account and the support team have been excellent. I was having trouble adding my email domain and I had a support phonecall with the team who walked me through step by step.

In terms of creating a course - it is very straightforward and easy to use. I'm looking forward to launching my course.

I have signed up for another year with Freshlearn. I like the software, but I really appreciate the customer service. Every time I have had an issue or a question and have contacted them, they respond right away, email me from support if there is an issue, follow up until it is resolved. They have even called me to make sure my concerns were alleviated. I am very comfortable with using this software. I was going to switch this year to another platform, but I feel comfortable here.

I am so glad I signed up with FreshLearn. They have been extremely helpful every step of the way in migrating my courses, students, and account from Teachable. Since I am not a techie, I love how simply tell me to share my screen and tell me exactly where to click to get it done. That way I am not wasting time trying to figure it out by myself.
