I have been using fresh meal prep for over a year now and it’s really helpful as a key worker to have meals ready to just grab and go. I have managed to lose and keep off over 2 stone since my journey with team fresh began.

I also have medical issues which mean I need to maintain a balanced diet to prevent me becoming unwell. Since starting with fresh prep I have been able to be free from both pain and medication. I would and do regularly recommend fresh prep to all of my friends and family!

I Absolutely LOVE fresh. The meal prep itself is super easy to follow and the meals are yummy. If there is something you don’t particularly like on the menu you can ask for it to be changed to something else on the menu and it’s really no hassle at all for that to be done. I find it is such a effortless plan to follow because I don’t feel like I’m being restricted. Iv tried many meal preps and only ever lasted a few weeks on plan before I caved in and stopped getting them but with fresh they have the balance just right. I love chocolate and to have a little bit of sweetness in the plan is what makes me keep on track. I was told by my doctor my chances of having another child or growing old was slim because of my weight and at 30 that’s a soul destroying thing to be told so I decide that I needed to do something soon to ensure I live a long healthy life and in the last 2 weeks alone since starting fresh I have lost 11lb and I swear, the confidence I am gaining with every lb lost is amazing. I couldn’t recommend fresh enough and I’m sooo excited for what the future holds!! 💗

Ordered a 4 week meal plan for my girlfriend and myself and we are just into our first week, 5 stars for freshness,Taste, quality, service and overall variety.

I can’t recommend this company enough.

We both have dropped 1kg in the first 4days.

The delivery service is prompt & she is so Friendly and always on time.

Excellent meal prep Service
All your favourite home cooked meals and favourite take aways but with a healthy and calorie controlled twist.

Only place that I know of that changes the plan every week and includes everything you need, breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks!

Once you have had this prep there’s no going back! The key to success is organisation….and fresh meal prep takes all that stress away!
The full breakfast, lasagne and parmo’s are my fave…of course the snacks too :-)
I just love that it’s done and I don’t have to think about it :-)

Been getting these meals for about 8 month now and can honestly say it’s one of the best meal preps I have tried you don’t feel like dieting even when you are… good selection of meals and always asking us if there is anything that can be improved or what we would like to see on the menu

Started receiving meal preps a couple of weeks ago and I have been more than satisfied with the service. The food is delicious and it saves me a lot of time and effort cooking and prepping myself.
These meal preps are really helping me keep track of my calorie intake and I can already see a change to my waistline!

I am pretty new to ordering meal preps, I tried one last week from another company, I enjoyed it but wanted to try what is out there, but wish I hadn't.

This food is nothing but store bought, frozen food. The pictures on the Instagram page are staged, considering the fish and chips are literally frozen food that you are expected to heat up? The chicken looks and tastes like the scabby bits of frozen chicken you can buy in bulk from places like farmfoods/iceland. Nothing about this is fresh and if I wanted frozen store bought food, I could just as easily go out and purchase that my self. Also, all the meals I got seem to have the exact same macros which I am not sold on is the correct information. The snacks also don't come with calories so how are you meant to know how many you are eating when on a calorie controlled diet? Overall not pleased and gave the food away as I couldn't stomach it.

Food is always good quality, delivery is well executed - usually delivered within 60 minutes of estimated time, the owner of the company personally engages with you about stuff and just has a really great community surrounding it.

Food from here is absolutely superb. Can’t fault it at all. Outstanding value and service.
