Good service

Michael cleaned our hall carpet, rugs and settee today 14/8/24 and did a marvellous job. The stair carpet was really grotty due to me being a childminder and having 7 grandchildren, it looked like new when he had finished. Would highly recommend them.

Fantastic job done on our carpets after a lot of dusty work had been done at the house. Michael was great - friendly and efficient. Would recommend if you want your carpets to feel clean and refreshed.

When I asked for a quote I told them I was on the 3rd floor with no lift. I was told that’s fine but will charge extra. He arrived today and was already in a temper as he could not find parking. I pointed out parking in the side road and said he could off load his equipment before he parked the van. He asked to see the flat which I showed him . Said he is not doing it. In fact very rude and no apology. I have had the cleaning done before and no issues.

In view of his rudeness I would not use or recommend this company, being the Portsmouth branch.

Absolutely fantastic service from James in Bedfordshire. We would highly recommend. Highly professional, punctual, excellent communication leading up to the job. He cleaned a rug, sofa and carpet. He managed our expectations with regards to bigger stains but in the end they came up brilliantly. The carpet looks like new again! It had a large patch of stubborn food spills that my Vax Platinum carpet cleaner couldn’t shift! Great value for money. Will use again in the future.

James from fresh n clean came and cleaned the paint spills out of our carpet in our lounge and also a rust stain from our hallway. The carpet now looks brand new again! James was very polite and respectful. 10/10 would definitely use again

Andrew came to carry out the cleaning he was on time and carried out the work to high standard when the furniture had dried a day later It was so much cleaner and I was very satisfied with the work.
I would always recommend Fresh n Clean to my family and friends.

A J came to clean our carpets as our dog had had an accident. He was punctual, very polite & didn't bat an eyelid at the mess. Our carpets were thoroughly cleaned & treated with antibacterial spray. I would never use anyone else.
