Oh my goodness - this is the first I've heard. Let me check. I've checked and it is showing that it was delivered in or at mailbox at 12.31pm today. Royal Mail international should be up to 7 working days. I can only apologise that this journey with them took alot longer. I also clearly state on my website that because I make all products by hand in small batches. If I don't have any product in stock you may have to wait up to 5 days before despatch. I can only hope that you enjoy the product.

Freya is wonderful and so are her products. We had an issue with the courier which Freya dealt with promptly and was great at communicating during the process. Her oils are wonderful. I would highly recommend.
