Mein teures Wollprodukt ist nach 4 Monaten kaputt (Loch am Ärmel) und es gibt kein Entgegenkommen sondern hier wird leider mit Verschleiß argumentiert. Ein Produkt in der Preisklasse sollte öfter als 5 mal getragen werden können bevor es kaputt geht. Ich werde dort nicht mehr einkaufen. 20% auf den nächsten Einkauf halte ich hier für kein faires Angebot.
Ich war zuerst etwas skeptisch, aber alles hat gut geklappt. Die Bestellung kam wie angekündigt an und die Passform stimmt. Würde wieder bestellen.
