I bought a Peugeot Horizon from Roy based on the website. I am pleased to say it was totally accurate. Roy was happy to bring the car to us over 50 miles away and demonstrated it with no pressure. It was a pleasure to deal with an honest and caring man.
3 Months later the engine warning light came on as we got home. I phoned Roy who was very apologetic although it was nothing to do with his preparation and said for me to get it looked at by a local garage I trust and he would pick up the bill. True to his word it has been sorted and back on the road. (coil pack fault if anyone is interested)
I always accept that cars will breakdown, it is how you are treated when they do, and Roy went above and beyond, Thank you Roy.

Roy showed us all the controls and the wheelchair system, patiently answering our questions as he went along. The car was in a very good clean condition. Roy was very knowledgeable about the car and it's performance. After a chat and a very welcome cup of coffee and biscuit he suggested that we should go away and think about the purchase. However we had already made up our minds that the car would be perfect for us and wanted to proceed with the purchase! A couple of days later he called to say that the car was taxed, MOT'd and ready to go and we drove it home. It was a very relaxed journey to Broadstairs and the car was easy to drive. We have made a couple of additions for the comfort of our two dogs and they also very much enjoy their trips out in it. Many thanks to Roy for making the whole buying experience so relaxing.

What a refreshing change to find a used car dealer that genuinely wants to help with your needs and is not pushing for a sale! Roy was friendly and made the experience of buying our first wav vehicle very easy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing a mobility vehicle, very knowledgable and helpful.

My Mum became wheelchair bound not that long ago and when it was clear she would not walk again it was time to trade in my mini for something more practicable. I work in Canterbury so when I came across Friars Motors, the selection, prices and location attracted me. Roy has been brilliant and helped me decide on the right vehicle. NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE AND ROY WAS A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH. EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTHLY AND THERE WAS NO PRESSURE TO BUY. ROY BOUGHT THE CAR ACROSS SO I COULD TEST DRIVE AND HAVE A GOOD LOOK.
