We met Nick 24/04/2026 after being reffered for a quote for funseral expenses for my partner and I. We gave our details names, DOB, address's and Emailm ID's and had agreed a price. The next step was for Nick to foreward all the documnetation which he said he would do the same day - never received ! why !!. We saw him again approx two weeks later and he said there was a problem with their portal and the documents were ready to go - still no documents. More than a month has passed sytill no documnets ! why !! We are likly to take our business elsewhere. My partner is a Christian I am a Hindu, Nick confirmed ha has supported 1 Hindu family before. Is there a religous issue?

Nick and his team delivered thorough, attentive and loving support to our entire family following the death of our much loved family member.

I can’t thank Friendship & Sons enough for all their support they gave to myself and my mum when my dad passed away.

From the first contact phone call with Nick and throughout the following days and weeks being looked after by Carolyn, we were treated with respect, care and compassion.

Carolyn took care of everything with the minimum demand on me and mum at what was of course a very difficult time for us.

On the day of my dad’s funeral, Friendship & Sons supported and looked after all of us.

Throughout the whole process there was no push of selling, just a simple honest business of supporting as needed.

Our family would like to convey our heart felt thanks to Nick, Carolyn and all of those at Friendship & Sons Funeral Directors who were so kind, caring and comforting especially Carolyn who guided us through every step and made a sad time less stressful.
