I sent my phone on Wednesday evening and on Friday morning I got a call to say it had been received and I would be getting the full agreed amount. The money was in my account with an hour. Very happy and would use again.

Order for IPhones
First time trying Frift and won’t be the last. I’ve sent two phones, one iPhone 12 that I got bang on what I was quoted. Quick easy service, sent a postage pack, sent the phone, they received it next working day and had the payment sorted. Will be receiving payment for the second phone and will be back to leave another great review. Would 100% recommend and will 100% use again.

Sent phone in told it had more damage than expected and offered a much lower price, after asking for the phone to be returned it took over a week with no communication, I chased four times and no response, eventually the third party agent got in contact with Frift and told them to send it back with took another week, absolute joke of a company, I then sent the phone to another company who paid the quote in full and said there was no damage, this place just try’s it on to pay you as little as possible and then thinks they can hold you to ransom AVOID

Don't trust what they quote
Was told one price and got sent a different price due to them saying ny phone was full of scratches according to the enginner tht looked at it. However when I rang them up to deny this they said "oh no it was because battery was below 80"

Told me a price then once they received…
Told me a price then once they received my phone told me it had scratches on and reduced the price. It never had damage as was always in a case with a screen protector applied.

Exceptional service
Exceptional service, phone picked up on Monday, delivered Tuesday, checked and cleared for full payment on Wednesday, payment received on Thursday. Couldn’t ask for any better. This is the second time I have used this company and I have never had any issues, I would highly recommend.

Awful experience
I went through the Frift website to obtain a price to sell my iPhone 13 to them, it gave me a price of £346 based on the capacity, condition and battery life.
When I sent it to them they reduced the offer to £200, no explanation, just an email with the option to accept it or ask for the phone to be returned.
I tried to call about the offer and couldn’t get through at that time.
I rejected the offer and waited for the phone to be returned, after 2 weeks, I still hadn’t received the phone, so thought this was some sort of scam. I called again and this time was told they would send me the phone back.
Today I received the phone but with none of the original packaging or accessories I sent it with.
I called again and was told that I shouldn’t have sent those items with it… I was not told this at the time. After being on hold for 30 mins whilst they searched, I was told the box and accessories are not there, which I find hard to believe.
I am really disappointed with this service and the fact that I have lost all packaging which is going to cause this to be difficult to sell now.
I was told the price was so much lower
because there are superficial scratches on the screen, but I don’t really think it’s unreasonable for a device that is 2 years old and should be more upfront about this before going through the process of sending it all off.

Posted my phone in over two weeks ago, was given an offer but refused it. Since then I’ve sent about 4 emails and tried calling to trace the whereabouts of my phone and have it posted back to me. I got about two responses it none were to confirm my phone was being sent back to me and no tracking was provided. Worst decision to try sell to these guys

SCAM ...Got recycle price for my iPhone 11 but…
Got recycle price for my iPhone 11 but received revaluation claiming non genuine part used in repairs and necessary problems and got issue with facial recognition. Which was not true. Send all working phone with facial recognition as unlock with my face id . Contacted few time but nobody answer call. No response from email also. Only once customer service answered and after complain she said will contact you back till today finish. Phone goes on voice mail of ee. But its been two days now no response from them. Left voice message but nobody bothers to respond back. Its been over week but no response from the. . Everybody be aware of this company totally scam. Do not send your mobile for recycle. I am going to contact relevant authorises and also report them accordingly. No response so leaving review today to warn everyone...
