Another angry customer, no delivery

Having the same problems as others on here. I too have been awaiting a 4th delivery today and nothing has arrived. 1st, 2nd and 3rd deliveries all cancelled at short notice for various reasons, supplier error, vehicle breakdown, then snow. Each time promised money off and £50 compensation, to keep me hooked and not cancel my order presumably. No contact from them at all today and no way of contacting them as no phone number. Very poor customer service, making me shocked and angry. Will be requesting refund and if not received will be reporting to trading standards as others have suggested. Feel I have been completely conned.

add On complaint

With ref to my previous complaint it seems many other unhappy customers are coming forward. You said to have processed a refund for my elderly parents and a £50 cheque is in its way!!!! You seem to say these very words to many others!! I will give it to Monday and then I’ll be contacting watchdog!!! Mr and Mrs Barnes. The Bosch washing machine!!!! That was ordered 4 Feb!!!! I really hope you have not fobbed them off as I am on the case for them now and I won’t rest til you have refunded

Initially I thought not bad service - sadly not the case

Initially I thought not bad service, when my first delivery was cancelled in advance due to problems with the supply - I was immediately offered a full refund or £50 compensation and a new delivery date.

I decided to go with a new delivery date and accept the compensation - the second delivery was postponed due to snow, which I could fully understand.
Sadly the third delivery never arrived, I did not receive a phone call to tell me it was cancelled or even an email, and after chasing via email have still not received an update or full refund, so not only am I left out of pocked £399 - I also wasted my time for two days waiting for delivery and being self employed time is also money.

There seems no other way to make contact as no phone numbers listed for this company either - be aware

I think this might be a small business which is just unable to cope and letting customers down which is a real shame - this is a rather angry customer

They have changed their name to Friidge

They have changed their name/website to friidge.com but they are the same cowboys, just look through their Facebook posts (FriidgeUK) all links the provide in 2016 are for friige.com.
My order was accepted in the middle of January 2018 but was cancelled today, on what would have been the fourth failed delivery. First failure (day before delivery) they blamed their supplier, second delivery failure on the day of expected delivery they blame vehicle break down, but to keep me hooked they offered a 10% discount. Third missed delivery they actually took the blame and said there was an administrative error, rebooked delivery with a 20% discount. I replied to that email within 30 minutes accepting their offer. Today, on the day they were supposed to deliver for the fourth time, they sent an email stating they were cancelling my order. Nice.

Note that there is not one single phone number on their website, any correspondence is by email only. Email, the most personal of ways to contact customers.

Well here we go, a company that you can only contact via email stating that they did not receive the email (but they did receive all the others). I work in IT, I'd know if an email never left my computer or was rejected. In this case I replied to their email within 30 minutes of them sending it.

We're sorry your delivery was delayed. Very rarely factors outside our control mean we can't always deliver on a requested delivery date. We always give as much notice as possible if there is a delay, but we appreciate this can be frustrating. As the delay couldn't be avoided we offered a significant discount to compensate you for any inconvenience.

Because we didn't receive confirmation from you for your delivery date your order was subsequently cancelled. In your review I can see that you say you responded to us very quickly to confirm your revised delivery date and we apologise that this wasn't received.

Service and product fine

Shame that when they took the old fridge/freezer away, they tore the vinyl flooring.

Excellent service and product

Initially I ordered a small appliance - a coffee machine. The process was seamless and it arrived so quickly so when my fridge freezer went kaput I order a new one from friige.com. The even took my old fridge freezer away for free! The service and product were excellent again! would recommend to anyone
