Absolutely gutted after spending 150euro the box arrived broken missing screws no instructions and have heard nothing back from the company, the two main parts don’t fit/balance together so I’m completely left without any birthday gift for my 3year old autistic son. Devastated
Ordered a spinning chair - had high hopes after some glowing reviews. When it eventually turned up (almost 4 weeks later), it came in a package with 3 main parts, a bag of screws and a screwdriver and an allen key. There were no instructions, so I went to their website to watch the video. Installation should have been straightforward, but the two main parts could not be made to fit together as they should have, making this an expensive pile of rubbish.
I have approached the company for a refund and will update here when they respond.
