This is the worst online ordering…

This is the worst online ordering experience I have ever had. I ordered a life jacket for my child on July 5th. The website says fast delivery. We were planning to go kayaking on vacation. Two weeks passed, no news, on July 15th I wrote an email asking where my order was. The next day I received a reply that the order was delayed, but was already on its way and would arrive no later than a week later. Ok, I continue to wait. A week later, silence again, I write that my patience has run out and I am canceling the order. No response to the email for 2 days, I call support. The order was through Klarna and the payment deadline is approaching, but the goods are not there. I write an email again that there is no response from you. The next day the reply is - just send the jacket back when you receive it. And I see that they have sent it (after I cancelled the order 4 days ago). The delivery costs 129 NOK. I understood that further communication with the company would not bring an adequate result, so I received the vest on July 30 and went to the post office to send it back. But then the next surprise awaited me - in order to return the goods, you need to request a return label, I did this at that very moment and received an automatic letter that we will contact you within 3-5 business days! My God ... Today is August 6, no one has contacted me. I did not even know that companies can work LIKE THIS.

Minus 100 stjerne, no kurs, no money back.How many times I have to contact you....??? How many emails I have to send you???? OR YOU WANT ME TO SHOW IN FACEBOOK ALL EMAILS WHAT I RECEIVED FROM YOU.???

*Oppdatert. Ordren din ble kansellert av oss to dager etter bestilling. Vi har derfor aldri trukket deg for noe beløp, og da er det heller ikke noe å refundere. Håper saken nå er løst for deg, og velkommen på et annet kurs om du ønsker det.

Hei Karnik. Hvor fikk du det inntrykket? Vi tilbyr alle som er påmeldt et kurs som må avlyses grunnet covid-19 et nytt kurs, og om det ikke passer får du refusjon, altså pengene tilbake. Om du ønsker refusjon kan du bare kontakte oss på post@frivannsliv.no

Best service, fast response, top price-quality balance and I was able to exchange my wetsuit without any problem after ordering it a size too small.
