Received a TERRIBLE quality dress that…
Received a TERRIBLE quality dress that I paid $100 for on sale. Stitching was falling out all over the place. Bottom button popped off. I wrote them about it and sent it back and they then proceeded to refuse to refund me. So now, I'm out 100 usd, don't have the bad dress I couldn't wear without bringing it to someone to fix, and customer service at this company is a JOKE. Do not buy from this brand unless you like wasting money on bad quality products that wrinkle instantly, buttons pop off, and then they refuse to refund you, blaming you for their terrible-quality clothing that they sent you.

Frnch style - fabulous!
Frnch is a great company to order from with excellent customer service. Designs are edgy and different with true French style and sophistication. I gave four stars rather than five because sizing is so variable. In some styles I take an extra-small, in others, usually anything with a fixed waistband ( no elastication) I often need a medium and sometimes large! This make the hips too big! Please sort out your sizing FRNCH and you will deserve your five stars!
