Sent me the wrong item, won't send my item that I ordered until they receive back the wrong item. And im being charged more money for a different product than I ordered the first time.

Had a great experience with Rebel. I ordered two rocker gliders. They were exactly as described. My daughter-in-law had perviously bought the same glider for twice the price at a retail store. I told her about Rebel and she is thrilled with the savings she has found.

Damaged product, missing item, and zero customer support. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company, I have received no response for several days. This was my first order, and it will be my last. When a company takes your money but fails to address clear issues with an order, it shows a complete lack of accountability. Very poor customer service. Buyer beware.

I was a bit suspicious about this site at first, but I have had nothing but a great experience. My last purchase, a crockpot, was dropped, kicked, and then literally thrown over the fence by our US postal worker, landing 8 feet away in our swimming pool. I had purchased the shipping insurance. Rebel was super responsive and is sending me a replacement. I provided them with photos of the soaked box and a video of the Super Bowl-worthy toss over the fence, and they immediately addressed my request. Thank you Rebel!

I recently purchased a bed from Rebel during the Black Friday sale. After waiting a month and having received two separate boxes of incomplete bed parts, Rebels solution was to refund my money. I’m left with several large boxes, shipping material, lost time/ sale, and useless bed pieces that I now need to dispose of. I could not discourage anyone from using Rebel more.

Got great deals on barely used products. The items seemed brand new, just with the box open. The one imperfect item I got also had barely noticeable defect. Would recommend!

Easy, product was in new condition!

The product I received did not meet even their basic guarantee of usability--my stroller wagon arrived missing a wheel. Additionally, although I did purchase return protection, the return window is only 7 days, so I had to figure out how to get a very heavy and bulky package to a UPS store within that window. If you live in a city, like me, and would need to take public transit or a cab, this is not worth the risk. I lost an hour of work time receiving the package, figuring out that a piece was lost and re-packaging, more time contacting customer service, and another hour making the return. So I actually lost time, lost money, and wasn't able to fulfill my childcare responsibilities and didn't have the product I ordered because of an oversight in the most basic quality control. Would not recommend taking the risk!

Purchased car seats for our vehicle and they just did not fit at intended. Product was received as expected. Coordinated with customer service to process the return and even assisted with a 2nd return label after the system only provided one label.

The return fee worked as expected. Hopefully such an added fee is included or omitted in the future.

Great and prompt service

Easy experience. I bought a car seat on REBEL and it was $80 cheaper than anywhere else all the because the box had been opened. It arrived on time and the seat was in perfect condition.

I did not receive part of my order and customer service will not contact me back….

Purchased 7 items - 3 of the 7, all marked “open box” in “unused” condition were either damaged or showed clear signs of use.

I was so excited when I heard about fromrebel but after my experience I now know I should have expected it from a discount reseller.

I've been waiting 3 weeks for a play kitchen I still have not received. Customer service has been no help after I've reached out multiple times. Does this mean Im out $250.00? Do not do business with this company! Read the bad reviews before you decide to order. This has been a nightmare!

I received my order which smelled like a pet store. Particularly kitty litter. I brought this to the attention of the company as well as the otherwise damaged items in my order, and I was ignored. I’m about to dispute the payment with Paypal if I don’t hear from them in the next business day.

I did email, I sent lots of photos also. I was never responded to after that.This reply here is the same for every one and yet you don’t follow up and correct it. I contacted on your socials also, and so have MANY others, saying you don’t respond.

My 1 star review has been updated to a 5 star based on customer service. After a couple of conversations and photos to the company, my purchase was refunded. Thanks Rebel
