YES I'm afraid I was right to begin with.

This company is a SCAM.💯
After my first review I was contacted by the company as many of you had on here after my detailed review of this company.
They emailed to apologise for the two month no response period. And to offer me a discount and a delivery date of the long awaited bed. They also asked if I could remove my review because they felt it showed the company in bad light.
I have researched this fraudulent company and felt it was just another attempt to get the truth of the matter hidden and to remove my truthful experience to prevent others from giving honest money over for goods never received..
I agreed to to close disputes and reviews on receipt of the delivery of my goods.

Again I was given a date for delivery and offered a 30% discount.
I have saved all correspondence from them.

NO DELIVERY OR CONTACT have been received since.
Again they are still on the government website with overdue accounts in red.
So they are still trying to scam people.
Avoid this company at all costs.
I have contacted various agencies about such fraud by them.
And I'm in current pursuit for my money back in full.

Still awaiting a toddler bed I ordered in August with a 4-6 week delivery estimate!!
I have had 5 email responses to my delivery update requests and each time I have been told it will be in the warehouse end of next week and they will then be in contact for delivery, then no further follow up. The last email promised delivery between 19-23rd December yet still no contact.
I am so disappointed and so is my toddler who has been sleeping on a mattress on the floor since August.
Am sure this must be a fraud company now and I’ll be taking action to get a refund and source a bed elsewhere.

Ordered a toddler bed with an expected delivery of 2-4 weeks and it’s now 7 weeks later and I have no bed. They replied to an initial email saying it would be delivered last week but no reply to a follow up email and no response to their phone number. As it stands, I feel I have been subject to fraud and will follow up as if unless they contact me back.

Paid for a table and TV console by bank transfer but there has been no confirmation of delivery date nor any type of communication via phone or email for the past 3 weeks. Still waiting but am not sure if I will ever get my money back or any product

Edit 14 Dec:
After the above review, the customer services finally got in contact and we have come to an agreement. The delivery date is much later than I expected when placing the order but I at least feel like my items will arrive

Still yet to receive anything. Customer service occasionally replies to emails with empty promises. It's just excuse after excuse - money down the drain. Avoid like the plague

Still awaiting a bed I ordered 2 months ago, after twice being told it would be delivered within a week, they are now ignoring all emails and their "customer service" number is impossible to contact, avoid at all costs, I am currently in process of reclaiming money through card company

Total scam, I’ve only given them 1 star as I can’t give zero.

I placed an order with them for two children’s beds, I’ve since followed up to understand when the items will be delivered, they’ve ignored all my emails and they are impossible to get on the phone. The phone line just rings out then cuts off.

I’ve requested a refund from my card provider and ordered from Ok-living who have already confirmed a delivery date.

Do not waste your time or money with these people.

Order arrived really late but it brought 1M 💵 look to my son’s room.

Bed arrived quickly within the timeframe promised. We had an issue with the mattress and ended up getting a refund and stocking it elsewhere

Initially a few issues with delivery but once it arrived I was happy. The house bed was quite easy to build but still took approx 3 hrs. Great materials and quality, exactly what we wanted. Storage is great, a lot more than I anticipated. Looks great, too, and my little boy loves it.

I am the happy one however transaction hasn’t been completed!
Once I have found out my father in law was buying the bed for our son we requested a refund. It was processed smoothly. Thank you

We waited 2 months for the bed to be delivered. When it arrived the central bed rail turned out to be broken which was frustrating and disappointing especially for our daughter. Contacting FTM was quite easy though it has taken more than a month to get the missing piece.

I placed an order through Kikaboo on the 21 September and the delivery period stated was one week which I thought was great. However, we are now 4th October and I haven’t even had one single email from the company to advise whether the order has been processed or when it will be shipped. Dealings with this company have been shocking to say the least. I would not recommend anyone buy from them. As a consumer my trust in the company was completely lost when they cannot even send a thank you note for the order and estimated delivery. Awful!

Terrible experience. Ordered a floor bed well over two months ago. Emailed them a month after I placed the order to be told it would be here this month (two months after ordering). Still not here. Three emails to them in the last week are being ignored. Their number doesn’t ring.

I would not recommend them to anyone. Very unprofessional. Worried now that I won’t get my money back.

The desk is extremely beautiful. So happy.

Ordered a child’s bed, and the bed arrived without any communication to say was on its way. But the bed had no instructions and we were also missing the optional extras we had paid for.
We been unable to get hold of anyone on phone as it doesn’t connect or is busy, our emails have not been responded too so we stuck and no instructions to even attempt to build it (it’s in 100 small pieces). We are now going through our bank to claim the money back as have had to now order another bed from somewhere else.
Please do not order from this company!!! I wish I had checked trust pilot before we did.

SCAMMERS. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Placed an order on the 18th of May, with expected delivery within 6 weeks.

Chased for a delivery date once the 6 weeks had passed, they then pretend to organise a delivery which never happens.

11 weeks after placing the order, I still hadn’t received my item and at this point they weren’t replying to emails or taking calls. I have requested a refund multiple times but they just ignore all correspondence.

They take the money and they disappear at delivery stage. No furniture has been delivered to day and no communication.

If I could give 0 star I would. Never received my item despite ordering this back at the beginning of May. Asked to change the colour of my item which I agreed. Lots of emails back and forth regarding delivery however this never happened. Eventually requested a refund which they agreed however this never happened and weeks went by. Luckily I have now managed to claim the £350 back off of my bank.
