No refund in sight!!

Cancelled my order over 2 weeks ago and they haven’t bothered to tell Klarna despite chasing.

Shocking service, will we ever get our money back?!

Nice website. Delivery arrived as stated however mattress and trundle bed drawer was missing. Bed was easy to assemble. Both mattress and drawer arrived 3 weeks later. Bed looks great and trundle bed is Fab but this dealy puts me off a little bit.

I am due a refund for an order which was not delivered. This refund is overdue and outside the quoted payment time on the stated terms & conditions as well as what was quoted by the customer service team.

I have spent the last 2 weeks trying to get in touch via numerous emails and phone calls with no response.

This is totally unacceptable and a shambles of a company and service!

Absolutely disgusting scamming company. Quick to reply to emails in the beginning to take your money then never reply once paid.
I brought a bed for my little one which I've never recieved the company finally after raising investigation with my bank refunded me but have since taken the whole amount back out of my account!!! How can anyone do this without permission first. I've emailed multiple times no reply, tried calling and can never get through just get answer machine which is clearly never listened to or just ignored.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VILE COMPANY!!! You won't recieve your item and they will just take money out of your account whenever they feel like it!

HORRENDOUS!!! 5 months since ordering I still do not have a bed that matches the description of the one that I ordered and paid £400 for!!!
Please seriously consider whether you really want to order from this company- the mix of reviews resulted in me ordering and it is the worst mistake I have made.
I originally ordered a Montessori Floor bed on 10th February 2023 - I was quoted 2 weeks +/- 5 days for delivery.
The bed was delivered on 2nd March (a few days longer than expected but happy with this)
I quickly noticed that the bed height was not what it said on the site (meaning it wasn’t deep enough for the mattress I had already purchased)
I contacted the company the same day - they offered me a partial refund to keep the bed however it wasn’t suitable. Despite explaining several times that I had no where to store the bed it still took them almost 5 weeks to collect. I was told a turn around time of 2 weeks from them collecting the bed.
It took 12 weeks to deliver a new bed! When the new bed came it was still incorrect with the exact same issue! (Alongside this bed had damage to some areas!)
I notified the company the same day and they asked for photos - it has now been almost 6 weeks and I have sent an email every single week which has been ignored, when I try to call the company the number just rings and rings or I get a busy tone.
It’s been 5 months since I ordered my daughters bed and I am £400 down with a bed that is useless to me with no refund to be able to replace.
Absolutely disgraceful.

I’ve recently ordered a bed for our little boy. We were told the day after we ordered it, that it’d been shipped. That said, a week later they still couldn’t provide us with the shipping/tracking details. I’ve emailed and phoned on numerous occasions and no response. Definitely a scam company or a sheer lack of care and communication.

Requested a full refund as we’ve had nothing delivered within the time frame and they can’t provide any evidence that the item has been sent.

If you’re able to see this…Order No.1000042908 and we want our money back ASAP!

I bought an item in November 2022 and I still haven’t received the item or a refund!

I’ve contacted them several times, even spoke to someone on the phone! I’ve been promised delivery on a number of occasions but then they just disappear!

They continually said they were changing ownership and that was the reason for delay. After about the 9th time of them messing me about I just told them I wanted a full refund, they replied but now won’t answer any calls or respond to any emails. Absolute joke of a company!!!

Please don't order from this company, you won't receive your items and you won't get you money back!! I would give a 0 if I could.

I ordered a desk in January and still haven't received it or a refund. I have sent several emails and tried to call (no answer on their telephone line). I have received a couple of emails back but nothing has been resolved and I still haven't received a refund!

I am extremely disappointed with the bed company's service. Despite placing an order months ago, I have not received my bed, and their lack of response to my emails and calls is simply unacceptable. This level of negligence and disregard for customers is inexcusable. I cannot express enough how dissatisfied I am with this company's abysmal service. One star is too generous for such an appalling experience.

We are 100% happy our son's new bed but not with the waiting time. (13 weeks instead 4-6 listed) . It was a big problem for us as we got rid of old bed and our son had to sleep on the floor for almost 7 weeks. It looks like these products are not made until a minimum order is achieved. 100% happy with the look and quality.

Placed an order in March and we've still not received our item. After following up we were given a date for end of May, but this was not true (unsurprisingly!). Since then we've had no response, no updated and zero communication about our order despite the many emails I've sent.
I'm heavily pregnant and need the order so my baby can have the cot my son is currently using - could do without the stress. Wish I had reviews before ordering... Feeling like I've been scammed!

Still not received an order! They just lie and say 2-3 weeks and then go quiet on you! Awful company, AVOID!

Now asked for a refund and being ignored! Complete scam!!!

This is a last attempt to get somewhere with my order I placed on 11th February for a bed I AM STILL WAITING FOR!! I have received multiple emails trying to fob us off saying it will be delivered within 5-10 days, supply issues, waiting for it to arrive into the warehouse. If I get no where here I will escalate this to the Financial Ombudsman as they are still trading and selling the bed I am waiting for which is just outright wrong. Offering discounts, refunds etc that don’t materialise- just to keep you quiet for a bit longer. It’s been FIVE MONTHS. My order number is 1000042263. If you actually are a real company and not just a scam please sort this out otherwise I will be taking legal action.

Poor. Very. Very poor service. What’s more, reading the other poor reviews is leaving me with nothing but a horrible sense of dread. The lack of contact is incredibly frustrating as like many have been waiting months for delivery with little feedback.

I really don’t know what to do: Is the bed ever going to come?

The only contact I’ve had, via email (the telephone number never seems to connect), has said that they’ll be ‘taking delivery in 5-8 working days’. Sent another email today we’ll see what the response is or if I’ll even get one.

There are a number of companies out there who do similar products. If you’re thinking of using Fromthemaker, please think twice. It’s not been a positive experience. Thoroughly dissatisfied.

Toddler bed ordered on 24th April 2023 and still no bed. Was promised delivery within 2 weeks following an email to the customer service address in early June. Email sent earlier this week and no reply. Tried contacting via customer service phone today and goes directly to automated answerphone message. Order number 1000042594. Beginning to think this is a scam company and just hope we haven't lost the money.

No bed, no refund and no responses to my emails. False promises regarding delivery dates that come and go! Avoid at all costs

Great furniture , Delivery - not so great.

This Company is so so bad!
They attract you with slightly low price (no worth the penny saving) and literally they disappear. I have been waiting for my toddler bad since the 18th of March ( Order No. 1000042471) with a delivery scheduled within 5 weeks. As per today we haven't received the bed yet and they don't reply to the emails or if they do, one out of 5. Last update was the delivery should be between the 20th and the 22nd of June, but guess what, no delivery and they disappeared again with no response or update to several emails.
If you don't want to loose your cool and time please stay away from this company.

Sadly, I echo all the bad reviews. I have been waiting for an item of furniture for months. I have tried contacting them but they don’t answer the phone; just cut you off. I have tried emailing and get no reply. I am just sorry that I didn’t do a bit of research before ordering from this company. Had I done so, and seen all these terrible stories of items not arriving on time, I would NEVER have ordered from them.
