Lack of professional services management
A recent project with them, and it is clear that they have no idea of how to professionally manage services under a project. Repeatedly, invoices turning up and no prior submission of relevant standard documentation to substantiate what the invoice covers. E.g. The industry standard if not fixed price is that timesheets are submitted and approved prior to invoicing. These people repeatedly prove they have no idea how to conduct business.
