Frontline were instrumental and successful

Frontline were instrumental in getting my money returned to me. They dealt with a very difficult individual and family in Europe - their expertise were relied on greatly by myself at a time in my life when I couldn't take any pressure of chasing a debt. Highly recommended and I would defiantly use their services again. Personal thanks to Tony and Jeff.

Very professional

I am so pleased with this company. After a few months of getting nowhere myself I contacted Frontline Collections & they explained the procedure very clearly , took all the hassle out of my hands , sending me regular updates. A few weeks down the line I have been paid in full & it was all so easy & professional.

Came highly recommended by a friend

Came highly recommended by a friend who had used Frontline Collections (Federal Management) On first contact was reassured after explaining my problem and the details taken. Followed by email with payment details and request for debtor information. End result was debtor paid in full before going to the next stage.
Overall a stress free out come with the worry taken away. From my out come I would use this excellent service again.

I sold my shares from the Company that…

I sold my shares from the Company that I was a director in, to the Joint Director when I retired.It was agreed to pay in instalments to keep below the Tax threshold. Unfortunately the Company began to lose customers because I was not around. This prompted the Director to stop making the payments to me, accusing me of abusing my previous position and taking the customers away. I do still have good contacts with these Clients, however the accusations were false.
Frontline Collections listened to my problem and advised a 'Letter before Action' sent by Registered Mail.
This prompted numerous counter threats and accusations by email. We finally agreed a meet to discuss and payments are now being met and no further action is needed.
I want to thank Frontline for their professional approach and actions that resolved this stressful, costly issue with the minimum of fuss and cost.

Warning...

I’m writing this as a warning to anyone else who may be in my position. I had a County Court Order granted against a tenant who hadn’t paid rent and had to be evicted. Unfortunately you are then left in the situation of trying to get your money from them if they don’t pay.

I gave Frontline the full story and they did a very good job at convincing me they would be able to recover the debt (although there are no guarantees of course). With hindsight (a wonderful thing) I should have cut my losses as in many cases the only people who profit in these situations are debt collectors and solicitors. You are in a vulnerable and often desperate position when trying to decide how to proceed and these types of businesses can talk the talk when it suits.

Needless to say my debt hasn’t been collected and although there is no guarantee in these situations I believe now there was next to no chance of it ever being recovered.

Most frustrating was not being able to talk to anyone there despite several assurances that someone would call me back. This lead to even more distress on my part as not only was I ‘fighting’ against my debtor I was also ‘fighting’ the people who were meant to be on my side.

Eventually someone did take over who was proactive but as previously mentioned I was fighting a loosing battle and proceeding would have meant parting with even more money which I could not afford.

Think VERY a carefully before you do anything.

We completely understand the frustration of not recovering owed monies. Recovering unpaid rent arrears from ex tenants (that have had to be evicted) is obviously a very challenging task. When I was owed money by a fraudulent…

When I was owed money by a fraudulent person who claimed she was providing a service. I thought it was legit but by the time she collected part payment from me, she stopped responding to me.
I run to Frontline-Collections with tears in my eyes. They quickly took my case and professionally approached my debtor. Within 2 days, my debtor paid me.
In fact, the way Mr. Meadows spoke to me was kind and exceptional.

As I thought you have only really commented on one of my valid opinions.
Quote - Libellous statement "only after your money"
yet you have brushed aside all the other valid points I have made and neglected to answer them, which is just like your attitude with my case I suspect.
Your reply is only taylored to protect yourselves, but people need to know the truth.
Director of the company went AWOL is not true or relevent. The following statement from (Frontline) is totally untrue.
(We exhausted all avenues on this case as the Director of the company went AWOL as you are aware. Our investigations team managed to trace the guarantor as part of our comprehensive service).
I had instructed you to chase The Guarantor form the start & provided you with his address & phone number from the start, which you confirmed for free as you said before you took on the case. That is our service which I the paid for.
Court fees & costs to be paid to you is not £455 but over £800 like I said, £875 to be exact.
Most importantly which you conveniently did not answer is why I did not get any feedback which I asked for several times by phone and email & not did receive & was given poor excuses. That is the point of my Bad experience feedback. I have no way in knowing you did anything at all, only your word & a weekly useless computer generated feedback which tells you nothing & that I am still getting even though I had letter stating it would be closed 28 days after 04/12/20.
From the start you misunderstood paperwork, rang the wrong phone number for several months which if I had not chased you, you would of still been calling now.
Maybe I should have realised then something was,nt quite right at the start of the case.
I just do not think you have handled my case very professionally or indeed satisfactually. Money down the drain & a lesson learnt me thinks.

Best debt collection firm bar none.

Front line was the third debt collection firm I approached about my problem. I really wish it had been the first. Front line were as professional as the first two firms weren't. Alex kept me informed all the way through at every stage. Not only did Front line succeed where they other firms did not but they collected the debt in an even quicker timescale than they promised. I hope I am never in the situation where I need to contact Front line again but if I am I will have every confidence that they will act swiftly and conclusively again.
