I escalated a complaint to Frost regarding an unresolved issue related to nsave. It has now been 3 days since I sent my complaint email, and I have received no acknowledgment and no response.
After weeks of delays and unclear communication elsewhere, I expected at least a basic confirmation of receipt. The complete lack of response is disappointing and raises concerns about the complaint-handling process.

Well well well I wish I would have read these reviews before trusting them as I believe 90% of the positive ines are fake as there is no way these lot are a genuine place I had a payment come in of £300 they held the payment froze my account really bad attitude on the chat with them didn't want to help at all sent all documents in still wasn't good enough no reason just we need more thats it and then hours later replies we need more then hours later etc they only have £35 of my money but its the principle if people put a lot of money in there these guys are juat going to take it really bad if non existence customer service don't care no reason why nothing ita unbelievable how they have done this to soooo many people on here and yet still allowed to be trading business all that will happen is like all the rest of them they will steal so much money until they close up shop or put a different name on the business and start all over again my bank at barclays has told me how bad these type of accounts are there robbing money then trading under different names and all they will reply is we have to go by law on these ways of business but there is no law there not a bank tour moneys not covered with them as there not a bank Zero protection but they make out like there going by the guidelines when they don't trade by guidelines these pre pay accounts are literally the wild wild West I have the proof for anyone that this is a scam company

Firat of all yes I did provide the details you asked I have the messages which I'm happy to show anyone who wants to see them of your customer care team asking for the details I sent them and you just replied back your closing the account how disgusting is it to lie and also you still have £30 of mine which is funny how you can lie on here and reply but yet when I ask to send me my £30 back your nowhere to be seen so hopefully people will see this before falling in to the trap you setup for new members and old members

They are real scammers, I have never seen such online banks before. I used transfers and online card payments. One day they closed my account, like many who write reviews on the Internet, they like to close accounts simply at their own discretion. For a very long time they could not send the rest of my money. I gave them the bank details, they constantly wrote that the money would go, wait, I waited, in the end they said that they had sent it, but the money did not reach my bank, they sent a screenshot that they allegedly sent the money. A week or two passed, no money I tell them about this, but they ask me to send them a statement from the bank where the money was sent. Silence again, I write to them and they say that they called there and there is no bank account in my name. Okay, I tell them that there is no money, look It’s better at home. I wrote again after 3 months that where is the money? There is no money in my account, the girl operator answered me and asked for new details, since I did not have fresh details at that time, I left this matter, they appeared after 2 months, I send them new details, to which another operator, most likely their main one, said that I won’t give any information, the money has been sent, look for it in your bank. I say that the bank closed the account and there were no receipts, to which he simply said I don’t know anything they have the money. I contacted the aggregator of my bank where the payment was supposed to arrive, they said that if Frost sent the money, they should return it back. I wrote to Frost again and the main operator told me in the affirmative, you are confirming that your bank has the money and We won’t return anything, I explained to him for a long time that I didn’t give any approval, I just wrote to the aggregator. I also asked why another operator asked for my details, you can get the money, to which the main one said, she got confused. I started reading on the Internet reviews and they do this often. I also found a friend who almost found himself in the same situation. Frost did not send the money for a long time, but they said that they had sent it, he wrote to support for a long time within two weeks, and the money still arrived. Now you understand who are Frost.

Waiting on refund ASDA said should be in my now bank has not help my at all with they say they care with people with mental health illness but cleanly not at all they have my refund and not putting in my account soon I get refund will be joining other bank ally so unless and now so is James do not bank with them I'm disabled and pregnant with bad mental health condition they do not even care about you other bank have more respect and they keep delete my comments on Facebook but it's okay been reported to new papers and BBC now they are now looking into this

Case successfully solved With Frost.
The issue was finally solved, it took almost 2 months though, it's a new company i think they still have certain things to figure out to be fully functional, i will give it a 4 star for now.

Scam Enablers
Was contacted by a scammer today who wanted money transferred to their Frost account. I have their name and details but unfortunately I can't contact Frost customer service to report this activity and hopefully stop this person from stealing money from other people in future. Their phoneline cuts me off, and their chat is all automated, so no way to speak to a real person. Feel sorry for anyone who uses Frost and needs to sort out a problem, as they clearly won't be able to do it.
Looks like this scammer will be able continue to target vulnerable people using Frost to take their money, with no repercussions.
