Best customer service experience ever.

Best customer service experience ever.
Second time with this store.
Through no fault of theirs I had massive issues with the shipping, tracking and customs.
Twice!
Both times the seller send my order again without hassle or extra costs. The contact via mail was always friendly and cordial.
The products are lovely, some are very strong and best described by my European nose as 'American'. However all the green candles smell lovely and fresh. I would absolutely recommend this store to any candle enthousiast, every booklover and everyone wanting to support a small business. They are professional, talented en deliver exceptional goods.
