I am very disappointed with this brand. I left a one-star review before because they refused to help me, and only then did they decide to assist, asking me to remove my review. After waiting months for my 6 and 8 inch kits, I had to chase for an update, only to be told they’d be late. I agreed to take the 10 inch instead, but was charged full price, unlike the discounted kits I paid for. When it arrived, the quality was terrible, so I asked to return it. Shockingly, they don’t offer returns and I had to pay £18 myself. To make it worse, the exact same forms are on AliExpress for a quarter of the price. Completely unprofessional, and I have been very unhappy with this company. Not recommended.

Just having it arrive made me feel all cakes what can I make now

I placed an order at the beginning of June and still not received it. I emailed company to ask where it was to be told it would be dispatched end of August. But on reading reviews others got there’s straight away. Is this a genuine company as Im about to ask to have my money refunded

ordered the Frost Form and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the package arrived. It’s very easy to work with and helps achieve a beautifully smooth cake surface. The only small downside is that the plastic tends to press a bit into the cake towards the end, and it’s hard to completely prevent it. Other than that, I’m very happy with it and would definitely recommend it.

I had a lot of fun using this kit. I liked the cake cutter best. It was simple to use, like a large cookie cutter, and my cake layers came out perfectly uniform, which is wonderful. The only thing I struggled with was the plastic former. After stacking the cake, my filler icing kept sticking to it, but that may have been because my cake was too moist. The form also moves around a bit while your working with it, which can make it difficult to get a perfect pour. I think most of my struggles were first-time user errors, however, and I'm excited to keep playing with this kit and honing my techniques.

I literally hate this product! I have followed every tutorial and followed the recipes completely and its been a complete disaster each time wasting my time and money…i tried the mock ganache today and ensured that the cake was stuck down however it still floated up and ruined everything! I will be throwing this product away! So disappointed such a waste of money, time, ingredients and effort!

Contacted customer service about a replacement part and got a response within a few hours. The only negative was that they only dispatch on Fridays so best not to make a last-minute order. Item arrived in perfect condition within a few days

Used my Frost Form the 1st time this weekend. I used their chocolate cake recipe and the Silky American Buttercream . I was extremely happy with both. My results were good but I’m guessing I will get great with more practice.

I ordered from the western united states on a Thursday and received my Frost Forms the following Tuesday. Was pleasantly surprised it came so quickly. This was my second order with them, and love their products!

They were so fast with the shipping! I got my order in SA within 5 working days and they kept me updated on all the details. Also the packaging of the box is hella cute :)

I’ve been waiting for a this delivery today it said it’s been delivered but it hasn’t arrived at the address and the picture doesn’t show my item I’m worried where it is

Unfortunately, my experience with this shop was very disappointing. I ordered a kit, never used it, and returned it at my own expense — only to be told it couldn’t be accepted due to “possible use,” and was then asked to pay even more just to get my own items back.

I followed all their instructions carefully and communicated politely, but the responses were cold, robotic, and lacked any real customer care.

As a paying customer, I felt disrespected and unfairly treated despite showing full cooperation. I would not recommend this store to anyone who values fair return policies and basic customer support.

It was a frustrating, unfair, and exhausting experience and I certainly won’t be shopping here again.

Amazing products, amazing costumer service definitely would recommend.
