I had very complicated problems with my car and took to frosts for diagnosis. They are extremely helpful and a very professional company ,every member of staff i met were polite courteous . Unable to help repair car themselves they diagnosed faults and gave recommendations for further work. They also made no charge for their time and trouble which was above and beyond I and so appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend after my experience and they will become my go to garage in the future.!

Had an annoying noise from the rear requiring attention from their Service Dept. Booking a slot was straightforward and timely. They found the problem quickly (rear springs), sourced good replacement parts and all fitted in that day. The timing couldn't have been better as the week got very complicated and not having the car would have been a problem. Everyone is polite, friendly and very helpful. Very pleased with this excellent service.

i purchased a used car and 5 months later the battery went completely flat. dealers refused to accept they sold car with a defective battery, did not want to cover cost of replacing and kept sending me invalid email addresses so i could not reach anyone anymore. not recommended at all, very bad experience

We dropped in to Frosts Shoreham without checking first, hoping to see a car they had advertised on the web. Dino made us very welcome but explained that the car in question was still in preparation for display. He told us that there was an identical car at their Chichester branch and arranged for it to be transferred to Shoreham the same day. It was just what we wanted and Dino was very meticulous taking us through all we needed to know. We did have a problem after delivery but Dino took immediate action to sort it. If he is typical of Frosts' staff the company's service levels far exceed those of the main Toyota dealer where I bought my previous car.
