Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 40 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers found the product to be ineffective, especially in humid climates, stating it failed to cool rooms as advertised and often made them feel more damp and uncomfortable. Reviewers also expressed significant dissatisfaction with the product's quality, describing it as a cheap plastic frame with a non-silent fan, and feeling misled by sales presentations that suggested a more advanced cooling device. The price was a major concern, with many feeling they paid too much for what they received, comparing it to much cheaper alternatives or even just a basic fan. Customers also reported issues with their orders, including items not arriving or being defective upon receipt, and faced difficulties with the refund process, often being offered only a partial refund or having to return items at their own cost. Some people mentioned being overcharged for extended warranties they did not want, and others noted discrepancies in advertised prices.

It just blows air like a fan

Update July 2025:
As it turns out, it's not just an defective product - it's an intentional scam designed to make a quick buck. They KNEW their product was just a glorified fan without any ability to cool.
The reason I know this is because now there are countless copy-cats of the same scam. Same scammy product, different fake brand name. Google ads are crawling with these scams to the point where it's starting to affect my experience on the internet.

It just blows air like a fan, no cooling effect. Complete crap

Rubbish

Rubbish! The claim of cooling the room in minutes and seeing the temperature fall by 10 degrees is all bluff and one big lie. In a normal sized bedroom there was NO EFFECT AT ALL!!! Liars and thieves!!!!

Double order

I only ordered 1 but the company doubled the order. I called customer service right away and was told the order would be changed to 1 and PayPal would be credited.
This did not happen.
I would not recommend anyone ordering from this company.

Total SCAM

Total SCAM! do not buy this product. I didn't even complete my transaction, it appeared they had some kind of back door built in to the paypal button as it redirected me right away. My credit card received 3 separate charges, and even though their customer service appears to respond (likely AI) they will not refund my money. I have given them the opportunity to reverse the charges multiple times but all they'll do is offer a partial refund. Now I am disputing with my CC provider.

Avoid at all costs...it is summer and they try to sell you something that is not worth 5 Euros...all the announcements in this commercial are completely made up and total lies. For that money, buy yourself some ice cream...it will cool you down better than this crap.

I just got robbed!

I just got robbed!! It is all false. It does not cool as an air conditioner nor does it cool the room. Water evaporates in half hour. Air stays hot. Paid $100 for 2 fans. This is false propaganda. It should be sued for false information. YouTube constantly announces it. It’s everywhere. At this rate they would rip off millions of dollars. Why hasn’t the government detain it. It is ripping people off. I want my money back!!!!

Even Temu wouldn't want to sell this…

Even Temu wouldn't want to sell this product! It's a scam. My 2 euro little fan cools more than this thing. Don't know how they are allowed to sell it, especially at this price. 70 euro's down the toilet! Also, the fan grid doesn't stay in place, it falls off.

It’s a scam

It’s a scam! Worked only 1 time. Tried to get a refund but they were only willing to give back 25% and returned at my cost! Also I noticed different prices advertised.
Beware! It’s not what they say it is.
Mine is now going to the dump. Lost $133.00 of hard earned money!

False information

False information. A full tank of water will give you 750 Btu. If the tank evaporates completely in 2 hours, then the cooling rate will be 375 BTUH. You need 12,000 BTUH to cool the space they mentioned. You can't use only 3% to cool the same space based on simple laws of thermodynamics. Now, imagine they claim the full tank will survive one full day. If we assume that the day is 8 hours, the actual capacity of this unit is 0.375% of what you actually need. So this is a piece of junk, might give you some breeze if you're in a very dry zone and warm, not very hot, and you are ready to stick your face in front of the fan to get a touch of breeze. Bottom line SCAM

British Trick Alart

British Trick Alart
This device is absolutely useless in humid climates like here in Halifax or Bc, Canada. It works based on evaporation, which simply doesn’t happen efficiently when the air is already saturated with moisture. Instead of cooling, it just makes the room feel even more damp and uncomfortable. Total waste of money. This feels like a scam targeting people desperate for relief from the heat. Don’t fall for it.
