Product spillage in transit
I sent an email stating that my product spilled in transit. Not for a refund or a request for a replacement, just to bring attention to a possible defect. I was contacted back within hours. They apologized and stated they would send me a replacement. The interaction was pleasant

To be completely honest, I believe something may have happened along the way, as our parcels do not normally take this long to arrive. There is a possibility that the package is being held at a local collection point or that there has been an issue during transit.

Holy Grail Product!
Truly the best product I have ever found. I battled debilitating acne for the past several years, and this has been the only thing that cleared it up, and quickly! I’m really enjoying these products
I’m really enjoying these products. I love the exfoliant, it makes my face super soft. The balms are really nice and are super moisturizing without breaking out my skin. The scent is super mild and not unpleasant.
